We appreciated that Ismael met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and told us about the apartment. We accidently left a necklace there and messaged him the next day to ask for it, and he helped us get it back the next day! We were so appreciative of that.

I had an good stay at these apartments! The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The terrace is very nice – a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Ismael was quick to resolve issues or help with an queries; The flat was spacious for our group of 6; Close to supermarket and coffee shop litterally downstairs
Initially the flat was not very clean, but that was quickly rectified; yet the word 'luxury' in the title feels like a stretch. The walls are extremely thin, not just within the flat but also with neighbours. We chose it as we were 2 families travelling together with young kids and we could get two flats close to each other

The apartment is quite big. It has everything you need for living. The beds are comfortable. The apartment has got two balkonys. Bus station is near by. The bus ride is 0.40 eur if you buy the card before in the tobbaco store. Just under the apartment there is a bike rent store. There you can rent a quality bike for 12 eur per day. The personal there is very kind.
It is a little loud in the mornings because there is a breakfast bar just under the apartment. One of the bathrooms doesnt have the vent so it is a little bit smelly.

Location and easy check in-check out! Beds were extremely comfortable
It wasn’t fully equipped in my opinion, there was no sugar/salt/ coffee or coffee machine (beside the classic moka). I’d invest in a coffee machine

Nice and clean apartment. Nice view directly on the Avenida del Puerto. Close to the Marvallosa beach. A lot of bars and shops, near.

Great location on road to sea side. All necessary stores are nearby, also bike rental, caffeteria. Walk distance to Turia canal, City of Arts. I highly recomend. Spacious rooms.
Bed in living room not so comfortable. For one or two nights is ok, for more days or for older people not suitable.

Would highly recommend these apartments. They are in a great location between the old city and the beach, served well by public transport. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We will return.
