The room was tiny, which we knew when booking so can't complain, but it was a challenge. The check-in process was overly time consuming - why did both guests in a room have to do it?

We were offered a complimentary drink as much as we tried & comunicating with reception failed to find bar. Breakfast was disappointing not being on premises or nearer but was good when we did arrive at the other hotel.

Tastefully refurbed, super clean, and very well equipped. Even hair straightener is in the bathroom. The location is top-notch, in the very city center.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room. The staff is extremely attentive and eager to help, asking for feedback and what could be improved. The location is very convenient both for the train station and the city center. Breakfast was very good.

Great location
The rooms were compact and no room to move around the room , especially if you had a suitcase open. WiFi didn’t work, so the TV didn’t work. No where to sit of an evening , no communal areas

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect. I need to highlight the ladies at the reception. They made our stay magical. They are super friendly, giving great advices and helped my sister organize a very special birthday for me. Would recommend 1000%
