Disappointing
The property has a good location. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good but basic
The rooms weren’t properly cleaned even though I was there for a week they didn’t clean the floors once. They didn’t restock any products while I was there. The elevators had always an issue. Only one coffee machine was working for most of the week and it was packed.

The floor in the room was damaged after water and the sofa bed was not with clean sheets so before we went to sleep we had to call for new sheets and wait for housekeeping to come and finish.

Metro near by. It was priced well. Bed was a good size.
Distance to anything required transportation. (My average commute was about 20 mins or so.) not necessarily bad tho, when the stadium is finished I’m sure it’ll be a great location.the pool was still closed. (April)

A very clean and pleasant hotel with friendly staff. A spacious room with a beautiful view from the window.
The mattress was not very comfortable, and on one of the days only one elevator was working, so we had to wait quite a while.

As we had appointments at the IMED Hospital nearby, the location was perfect. It was adjacent to plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean.
Lack of information about restaurant menus. The QR code that we eventually got wouldn’t work. The walk-in shower was good, but needs a shower mat and/or grab handle for safety. The bar staff were not very attentive or friendly.

It was clean
Staff were not that friendly. They watch me struggle with the coffee machine and then had to ask them to help. On that note there was zero amnesties for coffee in the suite. Bar was always closed and if you wanted food you had to go to another building cause they were renovating. Would have been nice to know before hand. Anyways it was a place to sleep but beds are low quality woke up every day sore and I’m 39

The staff availability and helpfulness, the breakfast.
The cleaning service was performing daily task very late in the day and around noon when you would've liked to put your child to bed it was very noisy on the hallway. This was happening every day on the 4th floor at least.

The location was excellent, close to public transport and restaurants. The lobby was modern and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly.
The room had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and the shower was not comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Also, the number of staff was not sufficient for the number of guests, which caused some delays in service.

Nice hotel, good facilities
Bad location for visiting, very far away from old center. Doesn’t provide shampoo, conditioner etc. No coffee in the room, there is a nespresso machine where you can pay for coffee, but it actually took our money three times without working. No parking of the hotel- they rent parking in a private parking nearby, 16 eur pe day.

This hotel was not what I was expecting for the Price I paid. There was no room coffee, no iron appliance, air condition was not working properly, stuff wasn't too friendly. I ask for help to reserve a train and the stuff did not offers solution. Swimming pool water was extremely cold. No heater! I Do Not recommend this hotel for a stay.

The location is full of cool restaurants around the area and a Consum right next to it.
The concierge staff is unfriendly. There's no coffee maker in the rooms and you have to pay for coffee. I have never seen that on a " 4 stars " hotel that you need to pay for coffee. Also there's no netflix or a way to stream from your phone. Basic boring cable, pretty pathetic. The drinks by the pool were very poorly made: We ordered an strawberry mojito it came with strawberry syrup and frozen strawberry's and a Piña Colada that looked like a shake, was not frozen and although it taste like Piña Colada it didn't look like one.
