Staff was great! Loved that they always left me with water daily. Fridge in room was useful. Room was good size.
They were doing construction so it was very noisy during the day which made it hard to sleep and work from the room. Wish they had a few drawers to put clothing instead of living out of a suitcase.

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient—just a short walk from the metro station and easy to reach the city center.
Only minus for me is there wasn’t refrigerator.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

Disappointing
The staff were very helpful - booked a taxi for us and when the room we booked was not suitable they upgraded us quickly and politely. One night there was a loud group well past 1am, after a quick call downstairs they stopped the noise.
The room we initially had was unclean, mold in the shower along with general uncleanliness in the bathroom. The bedding had marks on it, as did the towels.
We were upgraded to a bigger room but the new room was just the same but bigger i.e. no iron, mini fridge just more empty space. Of course I didn't pay for the room but I was surprised to see that the ONLY difference is size.

The hotel was Hot. No wet bar, small refrigerator in the Room. They charge you 5 euros for a bag of Ice..

I was traveling back home and we needed to stay for a week the pool was a nice touch to the property very close to the metro. The restaurant was across the street and the hotel has a restaurant as well. I thought the location was awesome. The breakfast was so good and such a good variety.
So far nothing everyone was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful
Great location away from the tourist centre but close enough to walk or a short uber ride. Spaceous room, comfortable bed, easy parking.
Small bathroom but functional. Could do with more wardrobe space.
