Was close to metro station
Air conditioner didn’t work, was really hot inside the room, good that we can open window a bit for refresh. Also was smelling bad because canalization problem or smth with pipes.

I stayed here for a conference and found it very convenient as the hotel is only two blocks away from the venue. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay much more pleasant. Also, the breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious.
The location is a bit isolated if you are looking to explore the city center or visit the beach, as it is a bit of a trip to get to either. However, if your main purpose is to attend events at the conference center or go to the football stadium, the location is absolutely perfect.

Really good location, the Centre is walkable, about 40 mins gentle walk but also loads of public transport either bus or metro to get you where you need to go.
Also very close the airport.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
It would have been nice to be given additional water. We had them on arrival, but for a 3 night stay it would have been nice to have the water restocked.

Friendly staff everywhere. Close to a metro station. Quiet (if no renovations nearby).
The morning coffee could have been better. No refrigerator in the room. The bath door has not been perfectly operating.

Wonderful
An excellent hotel. The room was spacious, with a view of the pool and the city. Everything was clean. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious; the watermelon and melon were particularly enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to various cafes and restaurants and near a bus stop offering direct service to the city center - and, if you stay on the bus a bit longer, straight to the seaside. The hotel is clean, smells pleasant, and has good soundproofing.
I slept in only one of the single beds; my backpack and belongings were on the other. My room was cleaned twice during my stay. The first time, the cleaner didn't touch my backpack or belongings; they only changed the linens on the bed I had slept in and even neatly folded my pajamas. The second time, however, the cleaner simply dumped all my things onto the floor next to the bed, tossed my crumpled pajamas onto the desk, and changed the bedding on both beds. After that, I put up a sign asking not to have my room entered again.

Good
Location was good, clean rooms, good air conditioner.
The beds were divided (2 singles put together) and would split out at night leaving my husband almost falling out when he turned.
The bathroom was small and looked like a cruiseship bathroom. Breakfast was ok.
Eggs were processed.
