The location is perfect for going to Oceanografic, Caixa Forum, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. And there's a bus stop nearby to go anywhere in the city. The view from the 5th floor is super nice. The bed was comfortable.
The entrance was not comfortable for us: if from the shopping mall, it's only the stairs. If from the street, it's around the corner and you have to wait for an elevator that takes you to the reception and then the other elevator to the floor. It takes time. I think, the hotel looks like it needs renovation. At breakfast you have to wait in a long queue for a man to show you randomly where to sit. Basically, you cannot choose the place to sit. It's really inconvenient, especially with a kid. The room smelled of mold. One of the towels was dirty when we arrived.

One receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. She checked us in. The room also had a fabulous view and was clean and tidy upon arrival. The location also cannot be beaten.
The other staff members seemed polite, but curt and I felt pretended not to understand a request for extra coffee or an iron and ironing board. In the end we had to ask twice for more coffee in the room, as for some reason for 3 people they only leave one caffeinated and one non caffeinated sachet. And when asking for an iron they delivered only the iron. When then asking for an ironing board we got a firm no, and they walked away. I found it a little rude. Although the room initially was clean, there were some marks of tiredness such as broken tiles in the bathroom and after one night I found myself having to clean after the staff had been there. They left marks in the bathroom etc. there is also a general smell of sewage at reception that is unpleasant. I think the hotel is in dire need of renovations, not the staffs fault in any way, however it was not the experience I would expect from such a hotel, given the current rating.

Staff was amazing - is a beautiful hotel in a great location - easily accessible. The hotel is literally on top of the Aqua Mall with shops and restaurants. Direct bus stops to all landmarks and close by walk to the new part of the city - Museum of Science, Hemispheric and the huge Oceanographic Museum.
The roof top terrace is under maintenance and during breakfast there is no outside space where to dine and have a coffee.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walking distance from The City of Arts and Sciences. The fact that the hotel is actually in a mall is very convenient. Also, there are a few good restaurants in the area. The beach is not very close, but it’s handy. There’s a direct bus to Malvarosa and the stop is close to the hotel. About 30-35 minutes from the actual room to the beach. The staff was helpful, all our reported problems were handled properly. There is a water fountain in the hallway, so you can easily get free drinking water. The AC works perfectly and is not at all disturbing.
We had three rooms, none of which were as clean as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Beds and towels were fine, but the carpets on the floor and the armchairs and benches… I doubt had been cleaned recently, if ever. Also, in one of the rooms we had to ask for an extra cleaning of the bathroom, because when we arrived the bath tub was dirty. Had it been cleaned, the staff would have noticed the shower was broken… After three trips to the reception staff, the tub was clean and the shower was repaired. Last but not least, the bathrooms have some glass sliding doors which do not close properly. I could perhaps accept that for a double room, but it really is not ok for a triple room; there is absolutely no intimacy. God forbid you should need to use the bathroom while the others are sleeping, the light and noise will surely wake them up.

Wonderful
For us was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted and having all the facilities we needed. For sure is a good place where we will return.
