Good
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel. It's built into a shopping centre, so you've got shops, restaurants, cafés and everything else right on your doorstep. It made everything so easy, whether we wanted somewhere to eat, do a bit of shopping or just grab a coffee.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a huge let down. The food was cold, bland and there wasn't much choice. I noticed they had scrambled eggs out, so I asked if I could have fried eggs instead. What came back was quite bizarre, they had taken the same scrambled egg mixture, fried it and pressed it into one flat piece to make it resemble a fried egg. It certainly wasn't a proper fried egg, and it wasn't very appetising. It's a shame because everything else about the hotel was really good, but the breakfast was disappointing enough that I'd probably skip it if I stayed here again.

Location was excellent
Room was very tired considering price paid. Lamps broken, floor in room badly worn, safe broken, bathroom stank. No tea, coffee or water in the room. Had to buy coffee from restaurant downstairs.

Really good location, since it's in a mall. Overall, clean. Helpful reception staff. Amazing that you can refill water and not have to pay for drinking water each time! Good size bathroom.
I had a damp corner under my window and across the wall, which isn't what you want at a four star hotel. The curtains were also frayed. The bin was a broken orange bucket and this could be easily upgraded. The shower water pressure is ok, but can be a bit dribbly. I had breakfast and it was fine, the usual offerings, but there was a single carboy of orange juice for many guests from Ilunion 4 and 3. Juice is pretty cheap so I found this a bit annoying for those who come to breakfast a bit later that a lot of things have run out.
