The room was very comfortable, super clean, ac and WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The location is great, so much to do and at walking distance.
The only thing was the bathroom door, that didn’t give enough privacy while you were in there.

Super nice location, close to the Oceanogràfic Valencia ?????, shopping mall and nice park where you can take a break. Hotel breakfast was great and very tasty ?. Thanks for the wonderful stay ❤️. We will definitely come back one day ?.
Maybe only small details in the room that spoil the otherwise great feeling of the hotel room. I guess they can be easily fixed ? small gaps on the flooring, loose wall hanger in the bathroom or limescale in the toilet.

Very close to the Oceanograf and it is located in the shopping mall. The room was perfect for 3 nights, but no fridge or balcony. Even that, it is was the second time for me staying at this hotel as I enjoy the location.

Extremely small room with a bad design. No kettle or table in the room. Small and non-functional TV. AC was not working well. Both beds were too small. It didn't feel like an Ilona Union Hotel like the one in Sevilla and Madrid. When we entered the parking lot, no tickets were issued. Parking lot is shared with a Commercial Center. During check-out, the receptionist didn't provide us a discount code ticket and we couldn't get out of the parking lot. Came back, picked up the code, then made parking payment.

Location is really good as you have the mall downstairs, room is air conditioned, good for hot summer for Valencia.
It’s really basic hotel for what you pay, no fridge, no kettle (you can ask for it), rooms are decadent, at least the room we got, curtains were a bit broken dirty and some small details. In general Spain is getting expensive for what you pay.

The location was great and round the corner you can rent some bikes and if you follow the gardens it takes U straight to city centre, like a 10 mins walk probs not even that to the aquarium and science centre. The views as well were amazing

It was close to the center for arts and science, room was cleaned every day, and during week-days food for breakfast is nice.
Food options in the hotel Ilunion Aqua 3 during the weekend were awful. Food was distasteful and not fresh, very limited options. Also, the walls in the hallways and in the rooms are so thin, you could hear other people all the time.

Everything was more than I expected. Staff was very nice, friendly and always in the good mood. Breakfast was perfect. Location is beautifull. Beautifull view and above the shopping center. Absolutely loved it.
