A very good, modern hotel close to the City of Arts and Sciences. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help me arrange transportation to the half marathon. Breakfast was nice, and they even opened earlier on race day so runners could eat before the start, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended, especially if you’re in Valencia for a race.
The hotel has convenient car parking, but it’s tricky to find. The entrance is at the back of the hotel, and you need to ring for them to open the gate, so I’d recommend asking for instructions before you arrive. The ramps and corners inside are also very tight, so you need to be a confident driver to manoeuvre without trouble.

Unfortunately, the bathroom sink drain was clogged, and it took until the next day for the issue to be fixed. The furniture was quite old and worn, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear all the noise from outside.

Very good location, professional staff who handled any queries very well, very smart, good variety at breakfast and a well stocked bar
Rooms a little dated , could do with some updating and renovating,loose towel rails for example and shower doors that the seals were hanging off

The only thing good for this hotel is its location. Bus stop to the city center in front of the hotel. 20 minutes on foot to Ciudad des Artes y Ciencias, 15 minutes walking to Guilliver playground.
This hotel is rated 4 stars, but the quality of service and facilities are 1 star at most. The room was dirty, dust everywhere - it was impossible to see out of the window as there were layers of dust. The chassis were so old and deformed that it was impossible to close the window, so we could not sleep at all because of the loud street noise. The receptionist proposed 2 other rooms, but they had the same issue. This hotel needs urgent renovation. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, some broken. Staff were not helpful at all, I asked that the room is cleaned and showed the photos, but they didn't. They didn't even take out the trash from the bathroom bin on the second day. It took me 2 days and complaints to get a blanket for the bed of my child. Breakfast is very bad quality and Breakfast staff were the worst, didn't say "good morning", just "room number" and that is all. There was no more milk, I asked the lady in the Breakfast room, she just looked at me, didn't say anything and didn't re-fill with milk. Garage is impossible to navigate with is big car. They charge children over 3 as adults.

Good breakfast.
Very dark and dated no proper lighting in the sitting area, no shelf in the bathroom, broken curtain in the bedroom area. The garage was very hard to manoeuvre a large car in. Not 4 star quality.

Not well maintained. 30 minutes bus journey from center of Valencia . Pictures on booking .com misleading of pool area . Not a 4 star standard . Room very tired and needs to be updated .

Disappointing
Size of the room, hotel in general was not bad, but it's not a 4 star hotel. Location was very good. That's the only positive feeling about this place.
I expected, they speak English. But they did not! I expected, that they will be more or less polite. But they did not. When we arrived, the guy at receiption was looking at us and was not saying anything. No "good evening", no anything. I said: can you say "good evening?". He mumbled something like buenos nocas, not very friendly... I expected, that hotel charging 150 Euros/night could meet it's guests better. Breakfast was really bad. Cold fried eggs and sausages made from who knows what... We tried to have dinner at small restaurant in this hotel. Prices were incredible, the food was auful! 1 (one) waiter, working in the bar and in the premises. I think he was coocking at the same time...

Hotel was in need of a bit of TLC - the room although clean needed a fresh coat of paint and the decor needed updating and brightening.
