Exceptional
The location is phenomenal — just a 3-minute walk from the main square, yet situated on a quiet street, so you can sleep peacefully at night. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants right in front of the hotel.
I also have to give special praise to the woman who cleans the rooms every day. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness — everything was spotless and very well maintained.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! We was at 4th floor and wi fi was amazing.

Position
The hotel has a very good position but at our arrival our room wasn't ready on time. We asked the receptionist to change our towels but he left the door open. Also there was no air conditioning in the hallway between the elevator and our room. We are very sorry but we won't be back to the hotel.

Location, balcony (although it was too small to do anything other than stand on). Shutters in the room for darkness and keeping the room cool, two windows, layout of the room with the additional beds around a corner to provide two areas with some privacy, air conditioning was excellent and effective. Main room was well decorated (although plain) with no noticeable damage/screwholes/chipped paint etc
Ants in the room. One bed had a broken leg which it was balanced on. Plug sockets blocked by headboard. Broken shower head that sprayed water everywhere and made a constant squealing noise. Miserable, surly staff who seemed to want to convey that our presence was an inconvenience, this was done with incredibly slow responses to being at the desk, minimal speech delivered in monotone and minimal eye contact. Housekeeping didn’t arrive until 4pm so no renewal of coffee etc, bin not emptied. Minibar fridge smelled and was unusable. All beds had sheets but the not a single duvet and a single blanket provided in a room for up to 4 people. Price - approx €350 for our first night - for this breakfast was not included with an additional €10 charge. Thankfully we did not opt for this and having viewed the meagre breakfast selection it was a wise choice. The breakfast room is also unsuitably small.

The overall price and location of the hotel was great. There were many restaurants and stores in the vicinity and everything was walking distance, which was fantastic. What I did like upon booking was that the staff was quick to respond to messages and inquiries that I had sent in regards to on adding another person and additional accommodations for our booking. There is also someone always posted in the entrance of the hotel to greet and check you in when you arrive. That staff member is also there throughout the night so if you need to check out early in the morning, which is what we did to catch our train, they are extremely helpful and are able to help you out quickly.
We booked two rooms 2 months in advance prior to our visit with a request for the rooms to be near or next to one another. Although they were both on the same floor, they were unfortunately quite far from one another. There was also a fridge in our room and unfortunately it had a strong vinegar scent, probably from the staff disinfecting and cleaning it, so it was unpleasant to open up and use. There was air conditioning which was great when it worked, however there were times when it did not work. If the air conditioner has been turned off for quite some time, it takes a long time for the room to cool down which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, our visit was quite pleasant.
