Poor
Room was quiet and had a nice balcony with a distant view of the Science and Arts museum building. Room was cleaned. Hotel is close to metro access and you are in the city centre in 10 mins with only 3 stops. Hotel is close to a large mall within a 10mins walk and that was nice.
I asked for a double bed but was given 2 twin beds put together. Shower was v poor with low pressure. Since we had our anniversary that weekend I asked for something special to be put in our room but this was ignored and to my surprise there was nothing in the room. V disappointing. A courtesy call the next day after check in to check if everything was ok with the room would have been nice. For the eur260 per night I paid I expected a lot better, I wouldn't pay eur100 for what I got. Terrible value for money.

Nice rooftop to chill l but the construction next door makes relaxing wi hut w book to the sound of drilling not great so check that’s finished before you book
There is something very wrong with the plumbing on some floors at night especially the smell that comes out of the toilet was nauseating and unbearable. I think it may be unsafe to stay here.
My initial room was on the 3 rd floor which didn’t smell but was very very loud from sheet noises and cheap not sound insulating windows but no smell. Upon moving to the 6th floor the smell at night was horrible. The first night I thought maybe it was a one off but the second night I woke up and honestly felt like I was asleep in a public toilet. I told the staff at check out but they seemed to not really care and didn’t offer any solution. This hotel is good design but obviously done by some bad construction company as things are falling down off the walls here and there and the plumbing is a disaster

It’s in a very good location, close to the city and the beach with a quick ride on the metro or buses. The room was clean and the food available was to a very good standard

Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Our room was a good size and had good facilities.
It was a 20 minute walk into the centre of town.

Room was ok, bed comfortable, little balcony was nice to sit on.Breakfast had a good selection.Reception area big and welcoming, Anna and her male companion(sorry no name) on the desk , very pleasant and chatty, also with a little bar over in the corner.
Pool not opening until 11, nice to have a swim before going off for the day.location, it is a 20/25 min walk into the centre, ok for us, but if you struggle the metro and bus stop close by.

Very Good
Room located on 3rd floor overlooking pool, large and airy with great size balcony. Reception staff warned us it maybe too hot as the late sun hits there but with the aircon it was great for us.
Pool was fantastic size and never had a problem with loungers.
Hired bikes from reception and enjoyed riding around the city and to the beach using the excellent bike lanes of Valencia.
Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food. Bar prices fine.
Bus to old town right outside only 2 euro and took 10/15 minutes.
Bar service was very slow but only used it twice.
Pool available to non hotel guests which made one day a bit noisy.

Location to key tourist attractions. Parking on site but also nearby public parking available.
Nothing. I would only say it was a little far from the old town but the walk to it covered all the tourist attractions so it was great from that aspect.
