Excellent.
The hotel is wonderful, quiet, and clean. The rooms are tidy and the beds are comfortable. It is close to everything: just steps away from the bus station and a few minutes from the metro station. Also, there is more than one supermarket just a few steps away.
The staff is fantastic, especially Miss Regina; she is extremely kind, helped us beyond words, and made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We will definitely come back again

The pool, the breakfast was amazing and room was spacious. Location was very good as well as parking.
It was all ok, but since this was one of 9 accommodations which we had in our long trip, I can’t help but notice it was a bit overpriced especially with extra services such as breakfast and parking, it summed up to a lot for a stay that was just ok.

The breakfast was good. The room was very compact. The pool was great, but very busy (as you would expect on a hot summers day). Full of families and kids jumping and running everywhere, more of a Butlins camp vibe than a sleek city hotel. The hotel bar shut early every night which was disappointing. And only 1 elevator worked the whole time we were staying. We stayed there to be near friends who lived locally. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists because it is far from the Central Market and main tourists sites.

Breakfast restaurant is on floor 1, but no toilets on that floor. You have to go to reception for that, which is a little odd especially when the lifts are quite slow, other than that no issues.

Good location for City of Arts and Sciences, Beach/Marina and City centre. 20 minute bus ride to Beach/Marina and City Centre. 10 minute walk to City of Arts and Sciences/River bed, 30 minute walk to City centre which is particularly nice along the old river bed.
Great Breakfast. Lots of choice in a nice light and airy breakfast area.
Good sized Pool and area.
Lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance - 15/20 mins. (Good food and cheaper than many of the city centre restaurants)

I understand why the hotel allows non guests to use the pool but hotel residents should be given preference so maybe they should be allowed to get to the pool area15/30 mins before non residents in the morning when the pool opens.
(I know technical issues happen but one of the lifts was out of action during our stay which meant the wait at busy times could be a long one. with a baby in a buggy and one member of the group with a heart condition the stairs were not always an option)
These things did not however detract from our stay.

Nice tidy room with balcony over looking the pool.
Location was quite good with a few restaurants & bars within walking distance. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town.
The pool is open to the public so gets busy which means that the guests of the hotel may miss out on a sun bed as there aren’t many there.
