The hotel is just fabulous. The rooms are very clean, with a lovely terrace (ours towards the street), spacious and with coffee/tea facilities (this is not always the case in Spain).
The pool, even-though busy, had ample space to relax. The staff were helpful and welcoming and location is also great, as it is 10min walk from Ruzafa (the best area for dining out).
Breakfast is also great, but unsure about value for money.
Nothing, we absolutely loved our stay and would come back.

The staff were very friendly, particularly the receptionists who were very helpful in providing information about the city. The hotel was very clean especially the bedroom and bathroom which were immaculate. Lovely pool

It was a very nice hotel with great staff. The were helpful with arranging transportation and bike rental information. The pool was very nice. The location was in walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences and close to a tram and bus stops. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The main attractions and the beach are not far away.
Unfortunately, the cleaning staff is terrible. During the cleaning of the room, one of my family members' unique black! T-shirt disappeared, which she left on the bed. They probably packed it with the white bed linen and took it to the laundry. We complained at the reception, it has not been found until today and we have not received any compensation from this 4 stars hotel. A piece of chocolate or a fridge magnet.....nothing. This has never happened in any hotel before....

Excellent large pool, the staff were really helpful, the hotel was very clean and the bed was very large with comfy pillows
It's not super close to the old town if that's what you're after, but very close to the science museum area and near good restaurants and bars. We just didn't know Valencia so our fault.

Good location for walking to the Planetarium and Aquarium, nice room with good air con, WiFi and a balcony. Enjoyed the pool, although it was very busy. Staff were helpful.

Location was great, pool was good addition although maybe more sunbeds would be good. Room was everything we needed for 4 night stay.
Rooms are not sound proofed at all, was woken up numerous times at 4-6am by other guests running up and down the halls. Also can hear people in the rooms next door and above very easily
