The staff are definitely the highlight of this place. Genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area with good public transport.
Nothing to complain about, but maybe some conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was fairly standard but had everything we needed and met our expectations. A nice bonus was the complimentary tea and hot water available in the lobby. The location was also convenient - about a 15-minute bike ride to the Old Town or around a 30-minute walk. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel BESTPRICE Valencia. The room was spotlessly clean, and I noticed a lovely fresh scent as soon as I walked in, which made a great first impression. A special thank you to Javier, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He offered me a bottle of water, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I had a pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. In my opinion, it did not justify the €7 price. The selection and overall quality were below my expectations, and I believe this is an area that needs significant improvement.

towels are changed every 3 days otherwise you have to pay for a extra towel. No small refrigerator to cool your drinks, water which is really necessary in Spain in the summer

The location is great, right in the city center. The room was clean, and housekeeping was provided daily, which was a huge advantage after spending time at the beach and bringing back sand. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to others
