The location of the property was good cause you could walk to beach and restaurants. The host was great and helpful. Full size kitchen and well equipped.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and the street parking at night is weird since there are people out there asking for money

The location was excellent. 100m to a great beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants and cafes.
The key to enter the building struggled to open. On the other set of keys it struggled to open the room. The key didn’t open the back gate.
One of the sheets on the bed smelt like it had been left in the washing machine. Had a bad musky smell.

The location was superb, right next to the beach. The host was Very attentive and gave us many tips on what to do and where to go in Valencia. The aparmtent was spacious and the terrace was a nice addition. It had everything we needed. I would come stay here again if I'm ever in Valencia, thank you very much!
One of the beds was a little squeaky and some windows were harder to close, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Good location, 2 minutes walk to beach, Susana was great host, quick and responsive. All amenities available in the apartment, will visit again
When the air condition is not on, on the top floor some times a smell comes from the pipes from out side but not a major concern

Flexibility in arranging the check-in.
Wi-Fi didn't work for almost 3 days out of 4.
The fifth bed was a sofa in the middle of the kitchen/living room, very unconfortable.
The location is good for easily reaching the beach, but far from the city centre.
There was a beach umbrella, broken and not utilizable. We bought one and left in the flat: not even a "thank you" received from the owner.

Would be perfect (asking for the moon?) if price is lower and Mercadona is closer

Near the Malvarosa beach and very central area. Tiny walls in apartment, so you can hear the neighbours in late hours. The kitchen could be equiped better, with more glasses, cups...the lights in sleeping room were flashing (they could be changed). The underground garage is plus, eventhough you pay extra for it(it was 10e for a day). A host Susanne was OK and helpfull.

The apartment is very comfortable, with good view, quiet and clean. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Wonderful
Comfortable and well equipped apartment, close to a tram stop. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable, and the area is quiet.
Not enough hot water for 3 of us to have a shower in the morning. Would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom.
