Property was located perfectly. Close to center, great restaurants and everything was in a walking distance. Public transportation was close by so one can also get to the beach. Staff was amazing, ready to assist with anything you need and doing it witha smile

The bathroom a bit small, but it was manageable.
You are required to take out the trash when checking out, that is unusual in Spain.

The location was super good , easy access to everything.
The absence of a wine opener in the room necessitated a visit to the office the following day to report the oversight, as one was not provided. While the kitchen was adequately stocked with various tools, essential items such as salt, pepper, and oil, typically expected in a self-catering apartment, were not available. Furthermore, only a single small bottle of water was supplied, despite the reservation being for three guests. The thin walls resulted in significant noise transference, particularly from the children at the adjacent school.

Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice room with good amenities. Having a washing machine available was very nice. The balcony doors were surprisingly good at keeping noise from the school across the street out.
I wish they had soap in both the bath and the kitchen, the bath fan didn’t seem to work.

Clear instructions on check-in. Proactive and helpful hosts. Very responsive host, quick to help out. Great location of hotel. Lots of light. Access to balcony and roof top.

We arrived and nobody was in the desk ( it was at working hrs) we were waiting outside for a bit more than 30 minutes. There is 2 phone numbers to call and non of them answered to us. Thanks to Flavia the cleaning lady she let us come in and called the owner to help us. Flavia was excellent during our time there.

The apartment is very well located and has a lovely terrace. The decor is tasteful, and I appreciated having a Nespresso machine available.
Unfortunately, the apartment has poor sound insulation, which can be disruptive. The kitchen is missing some basic utensils, and there is not enough water pressure in the shower or toilet. We had to use buckets of water to ensure proper flushing. The sofa bed was extremely hard, although we later found soft foam mattress toppers in a closet. If these were intended to make the sofa bed more comfortable, no instructions were provided.

Great location, beautiful terrace, super clean, very nice staff. They have an easy system for auto checkout after hours, kept our luggage for the whole day before our flight. Highly recommended!

Easy and fast self check-in.
On checkout they said the refund of the deposit will be the same day. I was waiting for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of hassle and back and forth messages on Booking and WhatsApp, they only did a partial refund. Don't know if this is a scam scheme or unique to my case, but is a reason I won't book this host again.
