I liked the bed, the room was a good size and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The AC in the room worked well and was easy to use. The location was fantastic! It is just around the corner from the metro which takes you straight into Russafa which has a great vibe and tons of great restaurants. It is also minutes from the Turia which is great for those looking to get outdoors. On the way to the Turia you have the Ciudad de Las Artes y Ciencias which is beautiful architecture and fascinating! There is also tons of shopping incredibly close by!
Small things, but I booked the hotel based on the fact that it had a pool, upon arrival I found out it was closed until next summer despite the weather being good and there being water in the pool.
Aside from that, in the room there were mugs that were dirty, the tray they were placed upon was wet when we arrived and soaked through the stir stick wrapper. The tea was good, but was never refilled so we had to ask at reception for more tea.
In the bathroom there was a sign asking guests to hang their towels for reuse to be more eco-friendly or leave them on the floor for replacement. Despite hanging all of the towels, they were replaced everyday.

A nice welcome . Location edge of city. Good breakfast .
Bed a bit hard . Asked for singles but unavailable. Parking on site not available but can park on road if a white zone . Managed to get a space onsite on last night

The location, next to the shopping mall Saler, cinemas and close by to the science park. I did not realise it had a long pool when I booked it. The room is spacious with comfortable bed and several choices of pillows. Very handy for public transport, bus 14, 32 and 99 and best of all the tram 10 directly to the train station. USB connections in one side of the bed.
The bathroom needs a bit of cosmetic update. No mini fridge in the room but there is a vending machine behind reception. No freebies.

Location, staff, breakfast
The room had small aunts on the floor. The rooms were not cleaned well either. There was long curly black hair under the beds also it was mopped around when the floor was being washed. The bathroom is very old. The shower is not great.
