Close to what we wanted
It took a long time to check in, and our room wasn't ready. We went next door for something to eat at burger king. Afterwards, our room was ready!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were very polite & helpful. Room was clean & roomy. Breakfast had so much variety for everyone. Also the hotel was in a superb location to the Roig Arena & a short taxi ride to the airport & Valencia old town.

Air conditioning in room 400 didn’t work. Room was like an oven. Told reception they said someone would deal with it. They didn’t.

Excellent location, lovely hotel.
Just a minor complaint, asked much beforehand for an early check-in but did not got any reply until we arrived, and we were denied early check-in. To make matters more unpleasant we were checked in an hour later than the advertised check-in time.
