- Room was not very clean, if you walk on floor with barefoot, you would see the samll trash and hair on the the soles of the feet
- Room phone was not working, even I aksed room service twice but they didn't fix it (phone on toilet was not working too

Spacious, clean modern rooms.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
All the staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any issues, big or small.
Close the City of Arts and Sciences , and very easy to access the old town via bus.
It was all very good.

The only good point in regard to my stay is the location, room size and the work the room service does. But other than that the overall experience was poor. See negatives
This supposed to be 4* hotel... and that how it was priced but the relation price to quality is very poor.
- first room with cockroaches (same for my friend's room), very bad looking with a lot of damages, scratches dents etc.
- second room after change: non-working A/C because: savings (what I heard from staff) - at the day sauna!, still very not refurbished.
- no coffee available free of charge for the room - c'mon 4* and 190EUR per night and even no instant coffee....
- price: extremely high for the quality
- gym: small and also with old equipment

Very friendly staff, great hotel with a big and clean room. Good beds, amazing breakfast. We were happy to park our car in the parking and will come back!

Lovely hotel. Big spacious room, very clean. Breakfast was also good.
The pool wasn’t open and I did not see that this would be the case when I booked. It was still 25 degrees so it would have been nice to have it.
