Wonderful
This hotel is not centrally located but it has the metro, bus and tram stops all nearby. Clean and nice to relax by the pool after a full day of sightseeing.
The water at the pool was a tad cool !

Wonderful
Very good service. Responsive and friendly staff. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Good breakfast for every taste. Very nice and varied dinner every night. The hotel is about twenty minutes from the center by metro or buses and getting there, as well as to the airport, is hassle-free. There is also a large and well-equipped gym, as well as a sauna.
I have no complaints.

The property was well-kept, staff were polite, and the amenities were enjoyable. The shower was particularly nice.
The room itself was nice, but the staff was unreachable during evening hours when the guest in the room next to me was screaming from 3am to 7am. I tried calling three times; on the first occasion, the phone was picked up, but then left on silent (I could hear someone breathing). The second and third times, no one picked up the call. When I mentioned it in the morning, the gentleman attending the front desk made sure that there was no one in the room next to me the following night to avoid the risk of another poor night's sleep.

The breakfast was below expectations, and dinner offered very limited options. It would be better if dinner were self-service rather than restricted to just two choices each night. Additionally, the overall quality of the meals was lacking.
