Amazing location yet soundproofed and quiet. Comfortable bed, room a great size!
Couldn't get overhead shower to work but handheld shower head worked fine.

We are very happy to have stayed in this hotel! The location is just perfect, very central. Both room and the bathroom were spacious and spotless, the beds are very comfortable and no noise from the hall. They have a super cute rooftop terace and we were positively surprised with some amenities like the steamer for clothes and hair iron. And last but not least, the staff are amazing, they made us feel very welcome and helped with any small requests we had - thank you! ? And gave us a perfect recommendation for a sea food restaurant.

Location is awesome. Can’t beat that.
Air conditioning was not great. Especially with the hot humid weather, A/C was much required but it didn’t cool as per expectations.

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was powerful, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel was impeccable, and the location was outstanding.
The breakfast offered limited variety, especially when it came to bread options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience. I look forward to staying here again!

The bed was super comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, they gave us umbrellas and beach towels and a bottle of cava for my husband's birthday.
There was very little counter space, room for bags, or space in the fridge.

Fantastic staff and location. Clean areas, good elevators. Thick walls. Good AC.
King pillows were too long and too thick for sleeping. One non-decaf coffee capsule a day is too few for two adults. Shower design was not good for leaking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with beach towels, guides and allowed us to hold our bags and luggage after check-out. Highly recomand the place as it is close to public transportation turistic attractions and great restaurants.

I liked that the hotel was very central, at the central market, close to everything you need, the bed was very big and comfortable, we had all the amenities in the room, the staff was amazing and helpful.
Nothing i didnt like, the room is a bit small but that is to be expected if you want to stay in the city center. Nothing of a huge issue

The location was perfect, it is central to everything you could want. The staff: Jessica, Augustina, Xabier, and Tonis were super kind, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations and assisting with booking reservations. If I ever make my way back to Valencia I would not hesitate to book this hotel.
