Poor
Clean
Staff, very blunt and not service minded.
We were travelling with our dog, they more or less drew up a line from the entrance to the elevator where he was allowed to be/walk. We payed a deposit and a fee. (22 euros a night) You get nothing. I asked for a water bowl. I think a hotel should clearly state if the dog can come to the bar/restaurant or if there’s another area where you can eat, before you book!

Guest Score 8 out of 10
Very Good
The bed was very comfy and the showers were amazing
I could not reopen with my card and had to come down to reception twice before they could fix it / there was some misunderstanding with the breakfast where they gave me contradictory information and I felt a bit persecuted at breakfast time to pay for something that I didn’t need to / the coffee was mediocre.

Francesco (review category business travellers)

Good
Location, cleanness, comfortable bed
I had a room on the first floor which was very noisy. Early morning city trucks were collecting rubbish and people were screening the street. I’d return but only if I could have the guarantee of an upper-floor room.
