The location was fantastic just in the middle of the historical center of Valencia. The room was spotless and very comfortable with everything needed for total comfort with small additional attentions towards guests. The breakfast was very diverse, generous and quite tasty matching all taste buds.
The step to get to bathroom inside the room can be a bit annoying to elderly people.

I am so glad I booked this hotel instead of a room somewhere. I received a friendly welcome from the young woman on the desk that evening and she told me all I needed to know about the hotel, my room and the facilities.
The room was an upgrade on what I had been expecting - a double bed instead of a single. The bathroom was large with a very good walk in shower and everything was so clean. I was surprised to see that a hotel with a budget price provided Rituals shower gel, shampoo and handwash and that there were small things for the guest to use such as shower cap, comb, vanity kit etc - all carefully an neatly packaged.
Brekfast was plentiful - the buffet had assigned times so it was never crowded and there was a good supply of hot foods and baked goods. Defintely worth the extra.
I will be sure to consider staying here again when I'm in Valencia as the hotel is really well situated in the centre of things yet not too noisy (I had a room at the back), it is a short walk from the metro line that goes to the airport so is well situated for people coming to visit the city by plane.
Nothing really to dislike. The doors were a bit noisy but that was more to do with the other guests than the hotel.

The location and the staff on reception I rate as excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean. Despite being in the centre of things our room was quite quiet. Breakfast was fine with plenty of the usual stuff and also a few of the unusual things. The coffee machine wasn’t fully functional though but that didn’t spoil our start to the day. I will have no reservations about booking again as overall I found it good value and a friendly and helpful place to stay.
The lack of water pressure on the day of our departure but the management were already on the case….

I found the room extremely noisy. You could hear absolutely everything from the floor above and from the rooms on the same floor, and the air conditioning was very loud.

I liked the decoration in the room, the location was perfect. We were travelling with the three so the room was a good size for 3.
We asked for three beds but got a double and a single. Some of the furnishings needed upgrading. Small things like soaps, complimentary water bottles were for 2 and not for three. The door kept getting stuck so it was difficult to get in the room and to close the door when leaving.

location amazing ! We were there for a city trip and rented bikes with the kids and visited the city in this manner. it was truly enjoyable.
The bed was super super comfy!
the elevator system is a bit inconvenient especially at rush hour, people start to queue to take the elevator (there is one on the main floor and another on the next half floor above) and that's fine but having to go a flight up while carrying a push chair on my own was not very fun but there was a group of wheelchair users in front of us so It was going up the stair or waiting a bit longer since the elevators are quite small. BUT really its a TINY tradeoff compared to the rest of the experience
