Good
Location of the hotel is great, staff was friendly and the cinematic theme - was fun
Breakfast for one.It was marked as v. good, and that is usually a strong recommendation at booking. In this case it was not. Breakfast was v. basic, and would benefit from a bit of variety and more fresh produce. You can pay little more and get upgraded version in the area (we did not try that, as we took breakfast for the whole stay).
The room was not cleaned every day. Don't know what was the pattern, as we were not long enough to find one, but it was surprising.

Wonderful
The friendly staff at the reception, especially Noureddine. The beds are very good. Breakfast buffet is good. The decoration of the rooms and breakfast room is nice…the small notes with quotes is funny.
The walls of the room are a bit thin…noise from the corridor and other rooms.

Location was amazing. Helpful staff
Would have been nice if there was a bar/lounge area but this was not a big deal as it was in the centre of Valencia

The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything you need. The property is also very accessible and feels especially suitable for young people. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
