No tea and coffee making facilities, no laundry. Room was noisy from street and adjoining buildings.

Breakfast was good, not great. I was getting a little tired of it after a few days.
Would be nice if there were a microwave to reheat food, and a lobby or courtyard or someplace to sit outside your room.

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Central to all tourist attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful
The breakfast area is very small and cramped. The selection was ok but not of great quality.

The staff was terrific. They were very accommodating and pleasant. This is a boutique hotel with not many grills but is well done.
I wish there had been an English-speaking channel.

Location 3 mins from the cathedral.
Breakfast has a good selection.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean.
Beware air-conditioning is not available all year round. It was on their winter setting when we stayed even though it was 25 degrees, it was too hot for sleeping. Staff kindly provided a fan but that did not make much of a difference. Details on booking should specify this.

Great location and very kind staff. Special thanks to the Italian receptionist who was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations.
Room cleanliness could be improved, and the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Towels were not properly replaced during daily cleaning. The bathroom had a drainage issue, and some basic items were missing. Breakfast was limited and could be better in quality.

Position of accommodation was ideal for exploring city,we had a lovely time, only downside was weather not to good but didn't stop us getting out and about. The staff at accommodation were very nice and helpful
