The location is perfect and really quiet.
The air conditioning has not been cleaned in years probably and smelled really bad. There was no toilet brush. The beds felt like they would fall apart any time.

It was a wonderful stay. From the beginning, when we came to the hotel, there was a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who shared with us all the tips about the city and the stay. The room was so nice and interesting with a beautiful balcony. The bed was sooo comfortable, there was some special blanket/cover on the bed sheet, it was sooo fluffy and soft, it felt amazing. I loved the Rituals cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious and all the stuff at the breakfast and other receptionists were so nice. The city was beautiful and in a short walking distance from the hotel or you can use bikes from Valenbisi or rented from the hotel.

The location is unbeatable and the staff were exceptionally helpful.Rosa was a standout as she gave us great information about transport all over with knowledge of bus lines and the metro.
She was upfront about the expected ‘party noise’ on Saturday for San Juan day. Clean and compact room. Transport close by

Loved this property! Really central- a short walk from the old town and cathedral. Comfortable beds, good air-con, excellent breakfast. Great helpful staff!
Shower was quite warm but we should have queried as we may having been doing something wrong.

They should have put duvet on the bed. The air conditioning can be very cold sometimes. Although you can turn the temperature up, it is nice to have cold room with heavy duvet on top of you, not only a thin bed cover.

Very good location, clean hotel and super friendly staff.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety and a better quality. But overall is fine.
The price is a bit high considering the city.

The location was not excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked that we could choose each day if we wanted to eat breakfast there.
The buffet had a limited choice and when the regular waitress wasn’t there it was a bit chaotic

The location is okay, close to some big shops, architectural buildings (cathedrals) and close to the main square
The staff are great just to note that first, it's the place itself that's the problem for me. I probably should have researched it better but the beds are awful, like old gym mats, zero comfort, the breakfast is basic and if you're unfortunate enough to be on the ground floor in summer it stinks, we had to move to what could have been a worse room, ongoing building work right outside. The bathroom door got stuck closed and the handle came off then trying to open it

The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything we visited was a 5-20 min walk away. Very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk).
The room was lovely and modern. Very clean.
Lovely staff, they changed our room from double to twin after a request. Always very warm and welcoming.
They noticed we didn’t want the room cleaned and left a note outside to let us know we can request towels etc from the desk, which was very kind of them.
Gave a complimentary bottle of Spritz and chocolate on arrival, with a lovely note.
Only downside is that the doors to the balcony were very old and thin, so you could hear every single thing outside all night. It was very distracting and hard to sleep due to this.
