Location
Too lousy during bed-time hours because people were loud and there is no sound-proofing in the capsules as they are plastic, also the hostel charges you a small amount for basic needs like towels, earplugs, slippers, etc.

Gostei da localização, valência é uma cidade maravilhosa, muito segura e agradável. A experiência da Cápsula foi algo fora de sério, vale cada centavo. Os banheiros são bem equipados, cozinha bem equipado fora a localização.

I like concept of the pods, location was very good, was clean.
Pods were little loud, so if you are on the bottom one you’ll hear each move from person above- which is a first for me since i choose pods hostels often. It was freezing cold in whole building due to airco.

La ubicación fue lo único bueno del hostal , me parece falsa propaganda que diga que tiene aire acondicionado y al estar allá la cápsula no tiene aire acondicionado. Los 3 ventiladores que tiene la cápsula además de pequeños no funcionaban y no le resuelven a uno nada. Me tocó dormir con la cápsula abierta y al otro día rentar otro lugar. Muy mal servicio la limpieza es muy mala, había un muy mal olor por uno de los baños y al ser ese encerrado el olor lo tenía la mayor parte del lugar. La máquina de las toallas me cobró extra, de las dos toallas que rente solo pude usar una por qué la otra se quedó atorada y no me ayudaron a resolver, además la toalla se veía sucia y preferiría no secarme con ella. Muy mal servicio, el administrador no fue para nada eficiente, no recomiendo gastar dinero en este lugarar por el mismo precio rente un apartamento súper amplio y limpio. NO PIERDAN SU DINERO COMO YO
El administrador muy grosero no me ayudó a solucionar el inconveniente que tuve para sacar la toalla que quedó atorada en la máquina, ademas la máquina me cobró de más, la persona no ayuda a resolver nada y no le interesa ayudar al huésped.

First time in a pod, I don't get claustrophobic. Very clean and private space. It was quiet and the communal showers were fine.
Virtual check-in via voice call and WhatsApp was a bit of a new experience but we figured it out.

Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood near Russafa Close to metro/all public transportation Cleaning ladies keep the capsules well maintained
Completely irresponsible management, did not respond to domestic violence disturbance and report of drugs, alcohol and police involvement. Left guests feeling very unsafe. Extremely poor ventilation in women's restroom. Showers not cleaned frequently enough and need maintenance. Water pressure and temperature poor. Hair dryers that don't function after 5 seconds of use. If you request an extra locker by phone, they will charge you 9 euros only for 24hrs without specifying the time duration. If you are booking for two, you still receive one small locker.

I hated the experience of sleeping in the capsule. It also has pretty bad design for a couple of reasons: - If you want the fan it will have a blue light turned on (difficult to sleep) - The lights default to blue when you turn them off and on - Outside the capsule the light is also blue and it projects into the capsule through the vent - You can hear all of the noises because the capsule has a quite thin door - In my opinon, the capsule is too narrow
