Very Good
We were kindly allowed to check in earlier. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent, right in the center and within easy reach of many popular attractions.
No comments. Everything went satisfactorily.

Wonderful
Spacious room, great location, delicious breakfast selection . Amazing welcome by Geraldine who was helpful, informative, friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
The hairdryer is poor quality and should be replaced with something more effective and powerful The male breakfast chef was lacking any customer skills , was miserable and seemed to resent us ordering omelettes each day- he clearly did not want to be show cooking. On our forth day it was a different lady who was smiley and cheerful and happily made us a fabulous omelette - a BIG difference.

Wonderful
Easy access. Lifts efficient. Breakfast very good. Staff lovely & helpful. Roof top bar a lovely bonus.
A little dated/shabby in bedroom. Didn’t really like the open nature of ‘bathroom’area—not particularly private! Pool very small!

Disappointing
The main reason to choose the hotel was that it has pool, but at the end it was a jacuzzi. Super small, so it was very disapointing.
The staff was rude and the rooms were not well maintained, they were cleaned and the ladies cleaned it well but the maintenance was bad, the shower was looking so bad old and broken
