Not a huge amount of Resturants around the area. Definitely best for guests with a car, just because València is so spread out.

Staff is very helpful, we did get park view room as we requested, breakfast is good. Location is good. Buses are 100m from hotel.
Mostly the bathroom which is outdated, sink was clogged.

The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first moment. The room was very clean, with housekeeping every morning. Everything was well organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
The only downside was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good, car park had a free electric charger for my car, there was an extra bed in the cupboard.
It is not well maintained: our sink was clogged, the shower was not working properly. Towels looked a bit scary: rather grey than white.

Underground parking was a useful option. Checkin was quick and without hassles. Good for one night stay before the flight. Reasonably clean.
Very noisy with opened windows, as it’s right at the huge roundabout. So windows must be closed all the time, otherwise unbearable. Sink was clogged and staff couldn’t fix it on Saturday. Not even a single cup in the room, no spoons, nothing. At least there was an empty minibar. Room was quite dated and dusty in hard to reach places.

Lots of space on hotel private parking. Nice view from hotel room. Good AC, comfy bed.
There was no toalet brush!!! Shampoo disposer was not working. Wall next to bed is all scratched up and should be painted or protected.
