Wonderful
not the best standard of B&B, but still above average. Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, they speak english well. Spacious parking slot. And a very strategic location
a bit old hotel, but well maintained

Good
Easy check in and out, friendly staff. Room was small, yet easy to access, with a fridge. 1 hour light walk to city center, yet science museum and oceonagraphic are closer.
Having someone knock on your window in the morning is what freaks me out, no matter what additional locks are there on doors and windows. Not able to modify air-condition temperature, needed extra pillows.

Fair
Room were clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets. It was good that there were a little fridge in the room. AC worked really well. The stuff was really nice and helpful!
For me it was very noisy. Next to a big roundabout and a hospital, many cars, noisy ambulance cars, etc. I could not really sleep well. But for someone who can handle this, the hotel is not bad, and the stuff are really nice.

Good
The staff was friendly and break fast was good. Also, it was convenient to get a taxi as they pulled directly in front of the property as opposed to a nearby location because of traffic.
It was hot and I couldn’t adjust the AC.

Wonderful
Very clean with nice staff and facilities.
Not a huge amount of Resturants around the area. Definitely best for guests with a car, just because València is so spread out.

Good
The staff were very kind and welcoming from the first moment. The room was very clean, with housekeeping every morning. Everything was well organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
The only downside was that the WiFi did not work during our stay. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience.

Pleasant
Breakfast was good, car park had a free electric charger for my car, there was an extra bed in the cupboard.
It is not well maintained: our sink was clogged, the shower was not working properly. Towels looked a bit scary: rather grey than white.
