very clean
2 pillows for each person in bed would have been better since pillows were flat. Also- more towels should be provided depending on days staying. Especially since there was no dryer.

Good location within walking distance from old town. Hosts were available and attentive. Supermarket and smaller outlets nearby. Undercover parking in the basement was handy. One small housekeeping issue was immediately dealt with when reported. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough cupboards to store clothing as well as luggage. Nice modern and neat bathrooms (2). All in all a good experience for our group of 8 persons. Will stay there again.
We missed extra cushions for the sofa bed which were not available when requested.

The staff here is GREAT! They answered all of our questions with ease as it was our first time in Valencia. And the restaurant choices they gave us did not disappoint. It is very close to the train station, about 5 minutes. But it is a 20+ minute walk to the main touristy attractions. If you don't mind walking, this place is for you. The apartment itself was big and spacious. Plenty of space and comfort.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious, much larger than we expected. It also has an incredible amount of built-in storage—there are so many closets that you could almost fit a small public library in them. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Its location is another major advantage: it is situated in the pleasant Extramurs neighborhood, not far from Valencia’s historic center, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
The apartment shows signs of frequent use and could be better maintained. There are scuff marks, stains on some furniture, and dishes that were not cleaned properly. We had to wash everything thoroughly before using it. Sadly, the dishwasher works very poorly and is practically useless.
There are also a few small issues that noticeably affect the overall experience. As other reviewers have pointed out, the walls are very thin, and you can clearly hear your neighbors talking. Light sleepers should be aware of this.
The air conditioner cools the living room and the smaller bedroom effectively, but it does not sufficiently reach the master bedroom. We had to set it to a very low temperature and keep the master bedroom door open all night to stay comfortable.
The Wi-Fi has a similar problem. It works well in the living room and the smaller bedroom, but there is almost no signal in the master bedroom or its en-suite bathroom, which is quite inconvenient.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment with Balcony as a family of four from 29 May to 4 June and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The apartment is exceptionally spacious and was one of the highlights of our stay. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a small balcony, making it an excellent choice for families or larger groups. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and the mattresses were comfortable, ensuring good rest after busy days of sightseeing.
The location is convenient, although guests should note that the historic city center, including Valencia Cathedral, is approximately a 20–30 minute walk away. Some of Valencia's main attractions, such as the Oceanogràfic and Bioparc, are more easily reached by taxi. At the same time, several interesting sights, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the historic city gates, are within comfortable walking distance.
There are a few areas where the property could be improved. Some furnishings, particularly the sofa in the living room and parts of the bed frames, would benefit from renovation or updating. We also missed having mosquito screens on the windows, as opening them can allow flies and insects inside. A luggage rack or suitcase stand in the bedrooms would be a useful addition for travelers staying several days.
Overall, this is a clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment that offers excellent value for families visiting Valencia. We would happily consider staying here again.

The location was great. And the apartment was quite large and had every convenience. Our family of six, ranging in age from five months and three years to 74 year olds, was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice view of the city, spacious, tidy, clean fresh bedding, decor was nice and not dated, and great customer service.
How thin the walls are we could hear the people upstairs very clearly. Also the apartment itself was well cared for but the showers were showing signs of needing some TLC. The elevator broke on the day we were leaving and we had to take our big suitcases down the stairs.

This flat was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious, incredibly clean, quiet, and cozy. Equipped with anything you might need during your stay - also a great kitchen for cooking if desired. The A/C worked great, plenty of natural light in the living room and rooms, and very comfortable beds. The location was nice - easily accessible from the central train station and a 15-20 minute walk to the center. The area was residential so we felt very safe. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops around as well. We are very happy we found this place and would absolutely stay here again.
Truly not much to complain about. We had so much space and were very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was being on a higher floor and having to take our luggage up and down the small elevator.
