We requested parking prior to arrival. We were told to come to reception for the keys upon arrival. What they didn't say was there was no easy place to park nearby prior to that. Our 3-bedroom apartment had one room that was only accessible via a bedroom. Hence, whoever was in the 2nd bedroom had no privacy. My adult sons decided to just share the other bedroom. Fortunately we didn't place any items in the 3rd bedroom because when we closed the door it automatically locked and there was no way to unlock it from the outside. Good thing we weren't traveling with small children who might not have been able to figure out whatever lock was on the inside. We tried washing the towels and they weren't drying. We tried getting new towels from reception but were told only one set per visit. I ended up walking to a laundry and paying to dry the towels so we could use them. No one was at reception when we checked out at 8am on a Friday and no message about how to check out had been sent to us.

It was a spacious apartment in the heart of the city! It’s got everything we needed down to a parking space (with a fee but not an issue). AC was great in the summer heat, great coffee shops nearby and steps away from the Turia tower. Staff was professional and friendly, helps us with anything we needed at any time.

Excellent value. Spacious apartment, good location just outside the old city and close to the Turia greenbelt. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Good Location for city centre. We were able to walk to a good bit. Check in was very easy and a place to store luggage until room was ready.
The 2nd shower had lots of mold. We only used the 1 that looked well. Need more than 1 towel for an extended stay at least 2 per person.

The apartment was spacious with nice sunny terrace, clean and well equipped. Very good location, a short walk to old town and shopping area. The host was very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed 4 hours before check-in time and our luggage was kept there while we did some sightseeing.

Good location for walking to old town and for catching uber. Good value. Manager responded quickly by moving us to differeroom because of bed bugs
Bed bugs first night in one room/bed. Wifi didnt work in first place.
We were moved to suite 9 on 4rth floor and the people above woke up very early (6am) and started crashing around (for work??) for a good hour!!

Very well equipped apartment, clean, fast communication with the owner. Close to the city center, 10 minutes walking distance. I recommend in choosing it as your accommodation in Valencia.
The interior doors and main windows from the living room could use an upgrade as they are old, squeeky and you can easily hear even the slightest sound. Nevertheless, this shouldn't stop you from choosing this accommodation.
The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly.
