I had a fantastic 8-night stay at Apartamentos Plaza Picasso in Valencia and couldn’t be more grateful. I was particularly delighted to be upgraded to a larger apartment than the one I originally booked, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The extra space made a real difference, with spacious rooms throughout and a lovely balcony running across the apartment—a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Beyond the excellent accommodation itself, the location was a true highlight. Situated in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood, it offered a welcome, peaceful retreat after long days of walking around Valencia's city centre and exploring the surrounding area. Returning each evening to such a calm environment ensured restful nights and complete relaxation.
Overall, this was an excellent experience combining generosity, comfort, and tranquillity. Apartamentos Plaza Picasso was the ideal base for discovering Valencia, and I would gladly stay here again.

should provide some basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, ... if the guests stay for 3-4 days they should have it to cook some very basic.

A little bit more information about the access to the reception. For people from away it is not that easy to figure out the intricacies why one has to go around the block before finding the reception.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, well lit.
Location was good, about 15 minute bus ride to city center. Quiet neighborhood because it was not in the city center. There was still supermarkets close by (Carrefour and Mercadona) that are about 0.5 mile away. Several convenient stores were less than 0.1 mile and a pharmacy at a few steps across the plaza. The big park was within walking distance where there are separate lanes for bikes and pedestrians. It was convenient to have 2 elevators and 24 hour receptionist. Service was good.
Kitchen should have some oil, spices for cooking. We purchased small bottle of olive oil at Carrefour market. The bedroom did not have enough power outlets. There were outlets installed 6ft high up so they were not useful at all.

A very nice apartment, with a living room and two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of three. The apartment was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was also very convenient that the apartment building had its own underground parking garage.
There is a large Carrefour supermarket about a five-minute walk to the west, as well as a very large park. There is also a pleasant green space with palm trees and other plants between the apartment complex and the buildings to the south, and Parc del Riu is just across the street beyond those buildings. So there was plenty of greenery and open space around the property.
There was really nothing I would consider a serious drawback, which is why I still give this property a full score. The only minor issue for us was its location in a newer and rather international area, where it was difficult to find restaurants serving local Valencian food. We did not want to drive into the old town because of the difficulty of parking, so, incredibly, we visited Valencia without ever having paella! In hindsight, perhaps we should simply have taken a taxi to the old town. Of course, there were plenty of international restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was never a problem.

Location of apartments in a quiet place a bit close to a big commercial center and about 30 minutes walk from city center
Some equipment isuch as washing machine and coffee machine are missing in the apartment. Coffee machine is mentioned as available on the site but not provided.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The young man at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. The parking was tight, but better than trying to find a spot on the street. There were buses that took you right to the old city. The area was great and we enjoyed our stay at the Picasso Apartments. There was a grocery store right around the corner and it was easy to find a nice cafe for coffee. A great stay in Valencia

Cleanliness, the size of appartment for 4 persons was very spacious, verywell equipped, after 3 days the appartment was cleaned and towels changed.the receptionists were very helpfull and friendly. I strongly recommend

The location is great! The apartment was good, and definitely good value for money.
The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable for adults.
The door lock didn't work properly (it seemed to be just old), we had to apply an entrance card for 10-15 times to get the door open.

The reception was open 24 hours and was very friendly and professional. Picking up the keys was no problem. The location is close to the old Turia river with lots of greenery. The apartment was spacious and included cleaning every 3 days which was nice. It has all the facilities one would need for a short stay. If you are driving you can park in the building for EUR10/day. Beware street parking is a bit hard to find.

The apartmant was comfortable, we liked the privat parking at the location (aditional 10eur/day), a store close to the apartmant, easy to drive to the city center, appx. 10min.
On the new years eve there was cold water, that was a bit uncomfortable for children to shower. The kitchen is a bit small, only a few trays to cook, but for simple dishes it’s manageable.
