The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The young man at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. The parking was tight, but better than trying to find a spot on the street. There were buses that took you right to the old city. The area was great and we enjoyed our stay at the Picasso Apartments. There was a grocery store right around the corner and it was easy to find a nice cafe for coffee. A great stay in Valencia

Cleanliness, the size of appartment for 4 persons was very spacious, verywell equipped, after 3 days the appartment was cleaned and towels changed.the receptionists were very helpfull and friendly. I strongly recommend
The one thing that that the appartment lacks is no mirrors in bedrooms.

The location is great! The apartment was good, and definitely good value for money.
The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable for adults.
The door lock didn't work properly (it seemed to be just old), we had to apply an entrance card for 10-15 times to get the door open.

The reception was open 24 hours and was very friendly and professional. Picking up the keys was no problem. The location is close to the old Turia river with lots of greenery. The apartment was spacious and included cleaning every 3 days which was nice. It has all the facilities one would need for a short stay. If you are driving you can park in the building for EUR10/day. Beware street parking is a bit hard to find.

The apartmant was comfortable, we liked the privat parking at the location (aditional 10eur/day), a store close to the apartmant, easy to drive to the city center, appx. 10min.
On the new years eve there was cold water, that was a bit uncomfortable for children to shower. The kitchen is a bit small, only a few trays to cook, but for simple dishes it’s manageable.

Friendly welcome. Parking was 10euros a night in underground car park. Access tight but ok if you take your time. Apartment was great value for family stay with easy access to tura park. Can get bus/metro close by or walk.

I usually don't leave reviews but this was really exceptional. Great location, amazing size of appartment for the value. Parking in front of the building is quite frequent so you can wait and get one easy.

many bus stops near the hotel to several sightseeings such as old town ruzafa and the city of arts and science. the apartment was spacious with two bedrooms.it was clean .the breakfast was good and the lady in he dinning area was so polite .i needed a taxi to the railway station , i was in a really great rush not to miss my train to Barcelona ,the lady in front desk called a taxi and and just after 5 minutes it arrived .it was awesome staying in this hotel apartment

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Glad to see a very accommodating staff upon check in and out. The breakfast was completely satisfying and staff was all there providing whatever is necessary. It was obvious that security was paramount in ensuring that our stay was safe and sound.
At night there's no light in the common areas where we are lodged at the 4th and 10th floor. Glad to see parking was available however it was tight when you're driving a van. Make that notification available to customers like the maximum height and length of the vehicle to comfortably fit in order to go through the underground parking without damaging the vehicle.
