Excellent location, very safe, nice building, elevator, storage with security code for luggage, apartment is spatious, beds and pillows are comfortable, good heating system, its also very easy to have codes to enter and not keys. Communication was prompt.
I would suggest for longer stays some basics like- salt/oil/pills for dishwasher and a bit more dishes (glasses, plates) and for any longer stays like for a week - one cleaning during the stay.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was fast and very helpful. Check-in was easy, the building is secure and quiet, and the apartment had everything for a pleasant stay.
Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.
Honestly, everything was great. There’s nothing significant to mention.

Disappointing
Centrally located, but the unit assigned to us smell to smoke and got worse through the night. The beds in the second room were in poor condition. We all had a horrible night. The following day, we informed our situation and they were able to move us to another location and better unit.

Very Good
The position and the Price are the top strength of this apartment. Very well furnished and cozy, with big spaces. Possibility to have luggage deposit. Absolutely recommended.
The only point to know in advance is to be careful with hot water because it finishes and it takes 3-4 hours to heath it again at least.

Very Good
Excellent location near Xativa metro station and town centre where a lot of attractions are. A small grocery store (Carrefour express) is nearby. Spacious apartment and bathroom.
Minor shortcomings such as very limited cutlery, but still sufficient for breakfast.
One of the balcony door can not be closed completely.
The apartment wasn't cold but also not very warm, for the time we were there the temperature was sufficient.

Huge apartment in good area and close to the historic old town. The owner provided a luggage locker as we arrived much earlier than the scheduled check in time which was appreciated.
