Pool was closed for the days I was there. Front desk staff had an attitude that they were doing me a favor. Incapable of answering questions about their own hotel. Need training on customer service. However, the restaurant and room cleaning staff were much better.

The hotel was lovely, perfectly situated near the beach. We had a great time during our one-day family getaway. The only minor issue was the glitchy Wi-Fi connection.

Nice people at the reception and restaurant. They provided breakfast to take away because I was leaving to early for work (so nice).
They did not provide shampoo and conditioner, this is important for people with long hair

The position, the large comfortable room, the underground parking, the breakfast, the helpful staff.
I needed to it blankets on the bed as it was cold, but this was a minor inconvenience, as the blankets were in the wardrobe.

The hotel was good and seems it just went through some renovations. the foods were delicious. I went to another hotel in Andalusia and I must say AGH Canet got good cook.I also like the small gym because the equipments were all working. Unlike some hotels have lots of machines but most defective.
The 2 single bed wasn't comfortable for the middle of the mattresses sinking in. it was even visible when looking at the beds. Good sleep is very important for me both home and on vacation.

Great position just a block back from the beach, lovely pool, garden and outside spaces, really well tended & maintained. Wonderful breakfast included in our deal - Great. Room with balcony overlooking the pool was cool, well AC’d, spacious etc Powerful shower too in the bathroom Despite being out of season there were plenty of local restaurants open for dinner most nights. Overall a nice relaxing stay.
Requested a ‘big bed’ but got Twin beds pushed together - not quiet the same!
