The hotel location, the bed, the welcome and the attitude of the office ladies (communication, smiling to guests). The room has a nice view on a public park
There was a lot of noise around the hotel, screaming, dogs barking, even with closed windows that were supposed to block the noise, the breakfast was terrible.

Location was nice. The hotel was really clean and the staff was really helpful. I loved the breakfast buffet that was offered.

All was well. A bit far from down town and tourist attractions. But quiet area and easy access to bus transportation.
The hotel is an old, which is good because the rooms and bathroom is old fashioned meaning large. We took 2 double rooms, the AC in one of them was not working. Overall, a bit expensive for its value. The breakfast pastries is a waste of calories. More choices work be recommended.

Good value for money, excellent location, helpful staff. Booked last minute and it was a decent stay with comfortable beds.
Feels surely more like a decent 3 star hotel. No coffee and no tea spoons by default in the room was a little disappointing (but they us borrowed spoons from restaurant).

Very nice property quite well. Kept good restaurant with breakfast and dinner available.
There are zero ice machines you have to go to the restaurants and ask for ice. If they are closed you can't get any or you have to go through a lot to try and get some. The toilets flush extremely poorly. It is a little distressing. there is only a half glass door in the tub so the sprayer goes everywhere. If you aren't watching what direction you are holding it it's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel has a large lobby, but there is very limited seating available. There is no dedicated space where guests can sit and work on a laptop. Adding just a few tables or a small working corner would significantly improve.

Overall, staying was pleasant, with a spacious room and strategic location.
You can hear the pipes when someone in another room is using the water or shower. There was also a leak from one of the sinks in my bathroom.
