Great location, with the town centre and the beautiful park within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the terrace is a real bonus. The gym is small, but has everything I needed (weights, a treadmill, an exercise bike and a yoga mat). For runners, the large park is just 1 km away, where you can easily clock up the miles. The breakfast is good, with a huge selection of fruit

Great breakfast. Good bar/restaurant with a really fantastic Italian waitress (sorry don't know her name) She made us feel so welcome and special. Good tapas and other menu. Good location right by Bus stop number 1 for the hop on hop off bus. Near metro/tram. Plenty of restaurants within 10 mins

Noisy bed, not recommended for couples. Reception staff a bit cold and unhelpful in a critical situation that we had.

This hotel is in a great central location and is clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony and overlooked a school playground, which was fun to watch. The breakfast was good but an even better option was a cafe called Honest Greens, a 5 minute walk away, which had delicious breakfasts - we ate there most days during our 5 night stay. There was also a very nice patio area where we sat outside to have a drink early evening or play some card games. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
We would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 singles pushed together - but it was fine!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and modern, with a perfect central location close to shops, metro and bus lines, which makes it very easy to visit all the main attractions. The cathedral is only a 10–15 minute walk away. The airport is just 15 minutes by metro, and you can easily reach Bioparc, the City of Arts and Sciences, and the beach by bus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent – 10/10. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and welcoming, truly representing the spirit of Spain. Bravo!

Its location is brilliant. 3 mins walk from the station. Perfect for sightseeing or shopping
We didn’t realise that the bathroom was integrated into the room. There was a curtain to pull across but as 2 friends this didn’t really give us the privacy we’d wanted. If I’d realised I wouldn’t have booked this room.

The location was great, very close to city center. We were able to walk everywhere. Also very close to the metro station so we were able to get from the airport to the hotel quite easy and fast. We stayed at the 7th floor which was nice, we had a great view of the rooftops.
No breakfast included in the room price. However, we did pay for breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was great.
Also no duvets/blankets available in the room, had to request from front desk who didn't have it available for the night. So i received once the next day, but during the night it was quite chili with just the bedsheets.
