It was clean, quiet.
The heaters installed in the rooms didnt work. We wanted to turn the heat on in the AC module and didnt work. There were 3 radiators, so we were ok. There was only one roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more.

the location is good with sea views & nice terraces
basic facilities ,theres only one mirror, in the bathroom where the light is dim , the lights are very bright in the lounge, a lamp would be good here . furniture is rather minimal

Even though, we had some nice views in general as all windows open up on the sea and the location was perfect for us, with kids, not too busy, not many buildings around, next to the beach and not far away from the port and its restaurants. It was a great time to enjoy the area before busy summer, almost no one in the building so very quiet.
The flat was matching the description and pictures although as there were many different appartements, there was no indication on the floor it was located. In my case I had hoped for a better/higher view than the 1st floor, terrasse smaller than hoped for and a building is partially on the view of Mar Menor. Also, living in Spain I was aware on the Covid policy and did not expect to have access to the swimming pool but the agency did not mention anything about it, which should be as it is closed.
