The Pool...trip was for total relaxation and switch of...
Staff very friendly ..
Late evening check in was accommodated..
We were breakfast only and choice available was great
A little out from center..
However we got our barings soon enough,walking not an issue...although taxi back to hotel from center approx 5euro

Lots of services, very clean lots to do, pools were great loved it all
Bar staff very slow waiting 40 minutes for a drink or food at some stages, cleaners came around to clean room very early before 9am were still asleep too early

Staff is incredible nice and helpful.
We like it that the hotel is not at the centre of crowd, we loved to be few minutes away. Peacful, comfortable and big.

The location was good only 20 mins walk to Siam park and town centre.
The room was very spacious.
The pool area was lovely and overall the hotel was really clean.
The bed was quite hard.
The breakfast had lots of choice but nothing we really liked on offer.

Clean and friendly staff
Cant pay for anything in cash, hotel out in the sticks a little bit with no close amenities. Hotel completely cashes in on that by having no drinks for sale such as bottled water or juice on site, and no facility to have drinks in the room because theres no cups/crockery and hotel supplies you with a fridge big enough to put a can of coke inside only. Cleaning staff stole 2 pairs of AirPod headphones from myself and my friend

Good location out of the way of the main busy areas. Lovely surroundings and good pool facility with a lot of sun lounges.
The food is of poor standard. DO NOT GO ALL-INCLUSIVE. its a waist of money far to expensive and the food is poor quality. The breakfast is ok passable if you like omelettes.
The spa facilities are not included in your stay which is a massive let down. They are a separate company which is abit odd. Makes staying at a spa hotel abit pointless.
The golf facilities look good didnt use them though.
The general hotel is abit tired very traditional. Modern on parts but the rooms need some TLC.

Had a room for us to stay after a delayed flight.
Aircon was terrible, location was far away from anything central. Drinks were expensive, entertainment was nonexistent/terrible. Staff were rude & room was dated and beds uncomfy, didnt even stay the whole night left to go to the airport early!!

Staff, cleanliness, position, big apartment.
Garage not included in the price (40 eur for 10 days) and very uncomfortable considering the badge to tap on reader, fridge completely empty at the check-in (I expected at least a small bottle of water), rooms not well insulated, I felt the hotel is a bit old for some rooms (our door was not opening completely at the first attempt).

It's a nice structure and have a lot of services
I think that over a week stay, having two mornings without water is too much. Considering that this reflects also on the breakfast, as even no solubile coffee was available. Need to outside to buy a coffee after breakfast It's not a service I would expect from a 4* hotel
