Exceptional
Everything. The apartment and complex is lovely. Extremely quiet and relaxing.
Marta is warm and friendly and does everything to ensure your stay is perfect.
Good parking facilities and a great pool area.

Wonderful
Perfect stay - we really appreciated in particular the view from the spacious terrace/balcony, and the pool area. Very communicative and helpful hosting/management from Marta. A great location in terms of proximity to town but with peace and quiet.

Disappointing
The pool looked nice, but we never used it.
For clarity for future users, this is like an Air B&B. Small apartment, dreadful wifi, dreadful aircon which took 8 hours to bring the lounge temperature down and didn’t really work in the bedrooms. Said staff spoke English, she didn’t. You have to make a specific time to arrive as host took 40 mins to drive in to let you on to the complex. Not good for disabilities as no lifts, only stairs. The advertised flat screen TV was slightly bigger than a postage stamp. Nearly all the facilities listed on their page are off site and nothing to do with the resort/property. Might as well have listed the Eiffel Tower as one of them. It is not in Peñiscola, it’s about a 15 minute drive away. There is a shed that acts as reception. We were told to leave the keys there in the morning. We couldn’t as no one had turned up by 10:30.

The apartment has everything, it was especially great to have all the cooking equipment. It was very comfortable for our 4 days. The pool and the grounds of the complex are really nice. The staff were there for any questions or help during our stay. Thanks again!
