Exceptional value for money, very clean rooms, very deceptive from the outside view, but much nicer inside. Loved the wooden spiral staircase, beautiful.
First impressions as you drove up, very deceiving to the internal looks.

Good location for travel to ferry. Good restaurant and bar. Good private parking for bikes. Good view from full length window/door.
The balcony door/ window was the only method of ventilation and would seriously benefit from the addition of mosquito screens. I was plagued by very hungry mosquitoes both nights.

Free parking, good for people passing by and not looking for an accommodation in the city center. All what we needed. Very good

Location was ok.
Rude staff, poor cleanliness, DJ playing very loud music right below our room, mosquitos, we all got bitten, overpriced, more like a hostel. Would not recommend.

Stayed in Villa Maria several times, but booking in this time was easiest ever achieved, staff far more friendly and Client focused.
