Location near everything.
Duvet is not in duvet cover. It is just covered with simple sheet like in Italy. During night sheet is somewhere gone and duvet is on contact with my body. I felt dirty. It should be forbiden in whole world or at least in Europin Union. Serious hotel would never use this type of beding. Even booking.com should have this as preference and hotels should declare it. Also hotel sent a lot of emails wanted me to pay advanced 91€ to some suspition link or they will cancel my reservation. Even if I choose in booking.com cancelation option and payment in hotel complete 149€. I had to give booking.com my credit card number for that. I called hotel and said that I would not pay to that link. Reception in hotel said that it sent reservation system of hotel. I was not sure will I have the room when I come.

The hotel is right by the Plaza de Las Flores, with lots of cafes and restaurants, and also walking distance from the cathedral and other interesting areas.
The city is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located, I would definitely stay there again.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel and want to extend a special compliment to the Front Desk Team who were not only cordial and friendly, but also quite helpful in helping me locate a clinic and get an appointment for a medical issue that arose. When you are in a foreign country, don’t speak the language well and don’t know the medical system, you hope there is someone to help you muddle through. I’m grateful. Thank you team!
BTW, I loved the terrace! I never expected it to be so large and the view was beautiful!

Location ,clean room.
I booked a room with breakfast for 99€,but they told us breakfast not is included, wich is funny because if I have just walked into a hotel they have a same room with breakfast for 89 € . We are feel like beeing cheated, the staff was not helpful att all. They would be probobly broke if they give us a free brekfast .

The hotel is located a few meters from Plaza Flores and a few minutes from the cathedral and other key attractions. It is also conveniently close to transportation.
The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and had all amenities. The staff was very helpful, both persons that I met in the reception. The price for the room was one of the smallest I have paid in the last years.
Nothing in particular. Breakfast was basic, scrumbled eggs were very hard to consume.

I liked how kind the staff was and they offered me a packet with things to do in Murcia since I have never been here before. I also liked the quality of the breakfast. I also loved the bathroom in my hotel room. It was clean, fully-stocked, and very tidy.
The bed was not comfortable at all. It was so hard.

This is more than a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel! Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the room, to the staff, to the breakfast and the position (3 min from the city center with an enjoyable walk). If I ever return to Murcia I will definitely stay here again.
