There is no hotel bar, it is described as a hotel bar. Was one of the things I wanted but then the bar was a club that was full so we could not go there. The pillows were also to long and uncomfy, we asked if we could have drinks at the lounge and they said we couldn't but then we could so that was unclear

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help with any requests. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of choices.

Great location and staff was very attentive.
The carpet on our floor was very dirty with water stains all through out. It was not appealing at all. When I mentioned my remarks they told me they were in the process of renovating.

Great location, helpful staff and spacious room and comfortable room. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold foods.
There was ongoing construction work which would wake us up at 8am in the morning. There was only one English language channel on the TV (France24) and no smart TV features.

No one could help me with my luggage, it’s awful in Europe that you can find a place that helps you with your big baggage when you’re in a long trip.

Staff attitude, demeanor and way of talking to guest. We were lied about the extra charges and placed next to construction that started work at 6:00 AM. They didn't make an effort to make the stay any better or rectified the charges we were charged that never did as discussed.

Very good location (right in front of the cathedral) and basically in the city center. Parking right near the hotel and at a decent price. Friendly staff and clean hotel and comfortable beds.
The room could be maintained better (shower glass wall holder was taken off, the hairdryer was coming off. Other than that all was good.

We had one of the updated rooms and it was great. We had a brilliant time. The tapas and a drink is also lovely.
It's the ideal hotel for the Murcia bull ring concerts.

Great Location close to restaurants.
1. Parking garage is not convenient for guest like us who travel with big heavy luggages.
2. Breakfast very limited variety lack assortment. It’s the same as other hotels we stayed in Spain. .

I did visit many hotels in Murcia during my business visits there - but for me this one is definitely the best hotel in Murcia on all levels. Great location in middle of city, access everywhere, new great rooms, extremely friendly staff.
Nothing to say against - is just for me the best hotel in Murcia.
