The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly good, with an acceptable variety.
Since we were traveling by car, I cannot comment on the facilities or attractions around the hotel.
Hotel parking costs an extra €15 per day. Free street parking is possible, but availability depends on timing.
Some room amenities listed in the description were missing, such as a bidet.

Room size is really big , you can easily get parking outside on the street .
Quite far away from the city , and they don’t have gym and pool as it was written here before
You can get it from outsource gym next door for 6€

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was okay. Nothing special. The pool they’re mentioned
The staff needs to be trained to be more professional and efficient with customers. They seemed rude to me. A simple “hello”, “good morning” and “goodbye” goes a long way in making guests feel valued.
I believe the staff could benefit from customer service and basic hospitality.
Also, when they mention a pool, it’s important to note that it’s not owned by the hotel—you have to pay extra to use it because it belongs to a separate property. The hotel should be more transparent about that. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement, especially in customer service and clear communication.

Huge clean room and bathroom. Large sitting area outside of room, and a door that blocks off the room if you're there for business. However, the desk is in the room. Large amount of storage. Absolutely perfect location if you will be using the tram.
Heating system in room was set super high (27 C) and all we could do was shut it off and open the windows. We couldn't turn the temperature down to fix it. Door also needs repair. There's evidence of some repairs, but it doesn't shut and open easily.

The hotel staff was really kind and lovely. The room was super spacious for a one person. Great location for activities around of Murcia.
Sorry to say, but the breakfast was not that various than expected. Did not leave the breakfast with an empty stomach but would have liked more warm foods.

Charging for parking and pet but doesn’t say in booking time staff doesn’t training asking for 6 years old child to sign the papers and say can’t do it parents must be child do for self next day I complain to manager unfortunately she say same thing I’m very sorry for this type of nice hotel manage with wrong people. Not any facilities for coffee and drinks is 4 star hotel must be have all this think.

The bedroom window was broken would not shut so there was noise all night. There was something sprayed either side of the door and Bleach on the carpet outside of the room.door. this is not a 4 star hotel maybe 10 years ago ot was but not now.
