The positives: it is clean; there is on-site, underground parking at at 16 Euros a day; it’s relatively close to downtown; and it’s inexpensive.
When I stayed here, late February 2026, it was quite warm outside (22 C) and my room on the 5th floor was sweltering. After I could not get the air conditioning to blow anything but hot air, I took a picture of the thermostat and consulted with reception to make sure I was operating it correctly. I was. As a solution, reception told me summarily, “The whole hotel is hot.” This may have been true but was not much consolation, particularly as the hallway outside my room was cooler than inside the room. I ended up opening the window for cool air and listening to traffic noise until 2 a.m. Otherwise, the hotel is old and my room looked it. I am not picky about that, but the air conditioning was a deal breaker. I would not stay here again given any other option.

Location Location walking distance to train station as I arrived by train and going to alicante by train 7 am breakfast helps when you have planned trips out side murcia
Better light in room as I read a lot reading wasn't comfortable with the lighting that would not stop me returning enjoyed my stay

The staff was very polite
Having to walk across the bridge to get to any attractions and restaurants. Room is not comfortable, there is a shelf above the bed that protrudes out and does not allow you to lean back to watch TV

It was clean and the location was quiet. The reception is welcoming
I had requested parking however they didn’t honour this and I was told they only had space for a motorbike which was not suitable We had to park on the street which has very limited parking. We drove round for 40 minutes trying to park ( no car parks in the area) and when we did eventually find a spot you could only park for 1 hour 30. And when this expired you had to drive to another area / street to park for another 1 hour 30. You could park from 9pm to 9 am free It was not expensive to park but so hard to find a place and then for such a short time. So if booking this hotel make sure they confirm the parking

Location of the hotel is perfect / everything is within the walking reach.
Additional bed was just a couch that has a horrible mattress which is a kill for your back - especially if you have trouble with it. Main bed in the main room was okay, but additional one (for family room) is a no go. Also, there is no kettle in the room - and this was important for us as we were travelling with a 4-month-baby, but we were able to get hot water in the morning from the bar (it would be more convenient to have it at disposal during the day and night).

The hotel was very well located, at walking distance from the train station and the city centre. It was clean and it felt safe. The breakfast was sufficient and good quality.
There was a smell in the restaurant and the staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

Good location within walking distance of the city centre in a residential area with shops etc.
Comfy bed.
It felt a little bit tired on the whole. Basic facilities. There was a mix-up with our parking space which was not kept for the 2nd night.
