The Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas (previously called Occiental Murcia Siete Coronas) is an elegant property located in the center of Murcia, on the banks of the Segura River and a 5-minute walk from the cathedral. At the entrance even if I wrote I neede parking for the car they said no space had to park at the hospital nearby and paid 28,50 euros for 1 night absolutely not acceptible

Excellent service, great staff and awsame facilities
The crew was very nice but it was our first time in the hotel and the city, and we didint received all necessary information about the amenities when arrived, we need to ask every day for information, besides thay they were very friendly and knowlegable.

The road noise from the river view room and the shower knob to turn from hand held to rain shower would not turn once your hands are wet and I had to use a towel.

Rooms are lovely and clean. The staff were also lovely.
They are missing an opportunity to have decent bar facilities. Whilst there is a bar in the hotel, the seating is almost canteen style. There's another section which is more comfortable however it isn't sir conditioned and felt like a furnace.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Its location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the most beautiful area of the city, including the stunning cathedral. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
I booked this hotel because it said there was parking‌ available. However, when we arrived, we were told the parking was full. We had to leave the car at a hospital parking lot, which was a 10-minute walk away. Walking back to the hotel under the hot summer sun was very unpleasant and difficult. Also, since the parking wasn’t included, we had to pay for it separately. The cost for one night was €28, but thankfully the hotel stamped our parking ticket so we only had to pay €14.
