Wonderful
The hotel is clean, bright and well managed, the staff friendly and informative. It is in the old part of the city a very short walk to the cathedral and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. The room was fine with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. We happened to be there on a Thursday and the visited the 'Thursday market' perhaps the biggest street market we have ever seen...remarkable!

Staff extremely helpful and kind. Location excellent and close to Plaza del las Flores where there are great restaurants. Also close to the bus station. Will definitely stay at Hotel Hesperia again.

There was not not enough towels. There were two small ones. I used one for feet and one for hair. There was no left for my hands or face.

Disappointing
Would not recommend without prebooking parking.
Busy weekend, could not park anywhere, ended up parking in street in dubious district and getting taxi back into centre.
Won't book again.

Disappointing
Location is good, and staff is nice.
Literally no space to walk around the bed. Noise from the hallway, and also noise from the room next to it - we could hear every single word, and whenever the toilet was flushed or the tap was on, you could hear it like it's next to your head. Very disappointing considering that the hotel advertises these rooms as soundproof.

It's the best loaction you can imagine, everything is near city center, cathedral, good bars and restaurants, elevator is working good staff is friendly and proffesional
Some rooms like mine watch wall and there is no sunlight coming from outside that's only downside of the room but location compensate it :)

The staff at the hotel was friendly, kind, and attentive. I appreciate that I was able to have my luggage stored when I arrived early before check-in hours and that I was also given a warm welcome. The hotel is located within walking distance of Murcia's historic centre, with several points of interest nearby (i.e. Casino, Cathedral). The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and I also liked that the breakfast in the morning was well served. A lot of care is put into this hotel and it shows when you stay here.
No dislikes - but if I could make a small suggestion for making this hotel even better, would it be possible for the rooms to have a mini-bar inside their fridge?

I did like all excellent location. Wonderful staff and services. The room was great everything was clean and in top condition. I can highly recommend Hesperia Murcia Centro. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Murcia again.
