The staff were very kind and understanding about issuing an official invoice. The bed was comfortable and once I closed the door between the room and the small corridor, there was absolutely no noise coming from the common hallway. It is walking distance to the bus station, where you can take many direct buses, including to Alicante and Valencia airports. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of food.
Given the price of nearly 100 € per night, I was hoping that the room would have a water heater and some coffee/tea.

We liked the big beds. The room was comfortable, big and well heated.

Clean and well located hotel. It is walking distance from downtown and right in front of the Corte Ingles. We traveled with our dog, a well behaved husky and the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. The pet fee was 20 eur per night. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice and gluten free items.
In the area, surrounding the hotel, there were a lot of "gorrillas" that "guided" you to park your car for money. We decided to pay the parking fee, 25 eur per night, as the area felt a bit unsafe.

This is the third time staying at Sercotel, Murcia (business trip). Always a very positive expérience (welcoming reception and staff, wide selection of breakfast options, spacious clean and well-equipped rooms). Everything to ensure a very comfortable stay.
