Took 3 days to fix a broken shower head that was reported in the 1st day. Wifi did not work properly and spent the 2x nights hearing other people screaming and knocking things until 4am with no intervention of the staff. Too expensive for the experience.

Wonderful staff. Comfortable rooms. Convenient parking. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Marble steps outside became very slick with the rain. Created a bit of a hazard.

The room was quiet and very comfy!
The evening front desk agent was very rude! I arrived late after a long and exhausting journey of traveling and the lady in reception literally denied to check me and asked me to wait until she finishes balancing the cash drawer the thing she can do at the end of her shift.

The receptionist at night was screaming on people and not doing her job as it should be , it looks like she can't do the job, the room was very cold and no covers, we were freezing we called on the phone no one answering, i went down the receptionist was still fighting with people, i real catastrophe

The room was quiet. There is a supermarket nearby. The parking is free and safe.
The facility was newly renovated. There are still some smell left from the renovation.

The lobby was really dirty, the A/C does not work even though it’s stated that they have A/C (the receptionist confirmed that they turn the A/Cs off), the shower drain was clogged so when someone went in to take a shower all the water would go out. The towels had stains on them. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. All this happened in both of the rooms I booked.

Great location, tram line close to get into centre. Breakfast was amazing. Ample parking

End of road was tram into the city which took 15 minutes. We were seeing Black zuc in Garaje Beat Club which was a 5 minute walk. Our 2nd time if staying in this hotel. Parking on site too

Location, cleanliness and staff
Room has no cooling air conditioning (in the winter presumably for saving money?), and you can only turn it on for heating. However, the room was way to warm even without heating, and therefore one had to open the window. Since the hotel is in the middle of the town, there is a lot of street noise. So or so, one could not sleep.
The room was too small.
