Lobby area,pool area,lift etc. On initial entrance,very impressed but rooms are lacking with chipped tiles in bathroom, scuffed edges to furniture, shower not working very well. No tea / coffee facilities in room. No access to iron when needed item straight away.
Sorry answered all above. Area around hotel very run down. Quite long walk into centre 20/25 mins .

Good parking, reasonably efficient reception, a decent room, great beds, good breakfast, and a well organised outside patio and pool.
The key card failed every single night. So having to return to reception and get it revalidated each night is irritating. That knowing there was no phone in the vicinity of the card.

Large bed, rather comfortable. Room service and fresh towels each day, even for a short stay.
The management is terrible: I had to call several times for them to confirm my reservation after they made a mistake putting in the right card number. I emailed them 4 times over a 1-month period asking for a large bed in a quiet room and they never even replied. In the end, the room was all but quiet due to other very loud guests nearby. As well as this, the room wasn't entirely spotless: there were glass marks on surfaces and dust in the room. They also leave chips and nuts on the desk, which one may be misled to think it's a gratuity but which actually cost 9 euros together. The location is also not great -- the hotel sits very close to a very poor neighborhood.

Location, close to where I needed to work. Breakfast was nice. Personal was helpful.
The area was not very pretty or seemed safe. Elevators were permanently malfunctioning. Cleaning crew was very loud in the hallways.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. The best sleep I've had in weeks! Breakfast was delicious. The facilities were all spotless clean and pool was delightful. Stuff were polite and friendly. Only complaint would be the gym was quite small and not enough equipment. But overall great experience!

A very nice hotel, with a large pool and large comfortable rooms. The restaurant is excellent.
The hotel is located on a quite busy street, the city center is about 15-20 minutes walk away.
