This was an emergency stay over due to late flight cancellation. Everything was perfect- I am so glad I lucked out in finding a really great hotel at such short notice

Breakfast is fine, however, overpriced. Noise from above rooms audible, requested two twin beds that we’re not available at check in. Parking over priced, 19€ a day. Rubén , at front desk demonstrated a high sense of customer service and hospitality, other personnel needs re train on customer service skills.

The location’s great and so is the staff. The facilities are in general slightly old. Unfortunately the vent in my bathroom didn’t work and that made the whole room smell unpleasantly. In my opinion it is a bit overpriced for the quality of the facilities. I want to underline that the staff and the quality of the breakfast were absolutely great.

We went for the first time in lovely Murcia. The hotel is near everything. The staff is always smiling. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I will just ask for a street view next time. And the breakfast is very good and lots of options are available.

Having previously stayed at El Churra, I knew what to expect. Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and a lovely restaurant on the premises. El Churra is also in a very central location. We stayed in a suite at no extra cost and the decor and spacious layout was amazing! I would highly reccommend staying here as it is definitely great value for money!
