The location.
2 coffees in the room every morning
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel easily the strings.
The bathroom was very uncomfortable, the shower and the sink were clogged.
They don’t put in the bathroom essentials as a shower cap or anything at all. Just shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Great location, beautiful, clean, beds were super comfortable,simple decor, service was wonderful. Jimmy at the reception was outstanding providing great service and hospitality. The welcome drink was a surprise provided by a young and very pleasant young lady. We loved Murcia and this hotel was at the center of it all and right next to the cathedral and the casino real.

Okay first thing that really annoyed me. The hotel sent an email asking for a review. I wrote a review then they had a AI Bot take me review edit it then posted it. The AI bot manipulated my review, which was a good honest and fair review and wiped out any negative statement. Thats lowering this review. The location is excellent, staff very nice, bathroom wonderful, balcony huge, bedroom small. The balcony was bigger than the bedroom. Its nice they provide a tea kettle, tea, sugar, coffee, coffee maker and little ice box but the area was so cramped the tea kettle had to be set on the floor to be plugged in. Location is outstanding. Really annoyed at their Ai bot manipulation of my review though. Don't believe rhe reviews generated on their website.

Excellent location. The hotel exceeded our expectations, particularly for a three star hotel. Very comfy king size bed, Modern room. Bathroom was modern and very functional, included dental kit, razor, bathrobes, and slippers. Also, the room included an espresso maker and tea kettle, as well as several things that were no charge in the mini bar. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the stay.

I liked almost everything. Especially the kind staff and absolutely perfect location in the middle of everything, yet during the night you don’t have to worry about some noise from bars - it was quiet. Room was pretty, had a coffee machine and bottles of water were provided every day. Breakfast was delicious and big (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tortilla de patatas…) but the same every day. Hot water and strong stream during the whole day and night.
Unfortunately, there was a weird smell like from sewers in my room but it always somehow disappeared fast (or I got used to it). Also, it was clean but there was always some hair around. But nothing crazy, only that’s the reason why I didn’t give 10 points.

Rooms clean and very confortable, breakfast excellent, staff OK. High value /cost ratio for location and service.
