Clean room with a comfortable sofa and the staff was very kind.
Beds were also comfy, not as hard as other spanish hotels ive been to. But still on the harder side.
The food in the restaurant was delicious! We had the sea bass and it was really tasty!
Smart TV but nothing smart with it, it wouldnt connect to wifi and you could not cast to it from your phone. Very unnecessary to have smart tv that you lock to only have spanish channels and nothing else.

I really liked the hotel and the breakfast, everything was really good. we had a problem with the door lock which was the most annoying thing in our whole stay there, we did complain many times (5 times or even more) but not until the last day they gave us another room and called the maintenance guy to fix it! It would’ve been better to intervene from the first complain we gave but I guess our problem was not of urgency to them… I was abit frustrated with this.

Good sized rooms, cleaned daily, helpful staff nice breakfast selection.
The room tea & coffee selection was poor (no milk ever). Bathroom shower hanging off the wall along with some bedroom furniture trim, however all minor. Shower water temperature was inconsistent irrespective of the time of day. Gym limited and no reference to the pool being closed for the season.

The cleanliness most of all and the graciousness of the staff at reception.
We joined a group of Australian pilgrims for dinner when we arrived at the hotel. We told the server that we were going to pay for our own dinner and we would be joining them at their table.
My husband and l ordered our dinner and he asked for wine. The tour leader told him not to order wine because they wanted to invite my husband with a glass of wine. He then cancelled his order for wine.
But when we were given our restaurant bill, we were charged for the wine my husband had cancelled. The tour leader protested that she had invited my husband to partake of the group’s wine but the server insisted that my husband pay for the wine. She never listened to our objections. My husband asked to see the manager but the server didn’t call him/her. I was embarrassed because it was obvious that the server didn’t know how wrong she was so l just told my husband to pay for the wine because l thought the lady server would be made to pay for it.
As a result, we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel anymore but we were going to. Your wait staff need training on this area.
If your server thought she was correct in her actions, WHY DID SHE NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE MINERAL WATER I SHARED WITH THE GROUP’S DINNER?
Here’s a question l want to raise with booking.com:
I’ve been booking my hotel reservations with your company for many many years now. Why was it that the hotel charged us for taxes. This is the first time it has happened to me. Booking.com quoted €162 for our two-night stay at the hotel and we were charged €190.
I just want to know if this is what is going to happen in the future: Will the hotel price quotation on your website be subject to additional tax by the hotel?

Adequate facilities in a very clean, spacious and well maintained hotel, even the corridors were gleaming and well lit with a wonderful shoe cleaning machine on our landing close to the lift! There was a straight forward check in procedure and all staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating of any language issues too.
From higher elevations and seemingly even numbered rooms, there were wider views across the city. There was a parking garage below.
There was a problem with the safety deposit box not functioning in Room 916 however when the problem was reported and couldn’t be fixed, straight away our room was changed to 315. Ironically this deposit box had a fault too. The staff were very attentive and because the maintenance guy was unavailable, 2 ladies from Reception offered to help and then serviced it successfully. We could not fault their attention. The view from room 315 was to the back of the hotel and restricted by other high rise buildings but we were out most of the time so this was not an issue for a 2 night stay.

Large room, comfy bed, plenty of hot water. 15 min walk to city centre.
Hotel bar was pretty reasonable compared to other places we have stayed at
Not a dislike but if you need anything for room ie. Coffee pods it was quite a drawn out process to get them. You don’t get any milk for tea/ coffee but supermarket next door and rooms have a fridge.
Hot food at breakfast at 9.30 was stone cold

It is a standard chain hotel, soulless but comfortable and efficient.
Very good breakfast.
Tapa y Bravas across the road does excellent food.
The safe in my room didn't work and the kettle lid would not close so it kept boiling. But there was a kettle!
It was a 20 minute walk into the centre, through residential blocks.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly and the hotel was really clean and warm. The facilities were nothing like they appear on the website which was disappointing and the bar and restaurant were closed when we were there. The hotel facilities were basic.
The dining facilities. Also on the website the terrace appears to be very nice and a place to sit and enjoy a drink and food, but in reality it is little more than a back yard.
