Location
Noise. One could hear the staff talk all morning from the breakfast room.
Price was not representative of the level of accomodation either.

Charming boutique hotel not far from the center of town and only minutes to the beach.
Breakfast could have been a little more varied each day, but good nonetheless.

The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the hotel was a bit run down around the does nd could use an upgrade. Th location was good but parking quite expensive. If you like shopping, perfect bur not much else to see in Marbella.
There was a mini bar but wine for guests at $22 euros was almost undrinkable and bottles of water at $3 euros that sell for $1 at Carrefour. I’m used to paying twice th price but three times seems excessive.

Had such a great stay at the Town House Hotel in Marbella. The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, with loads of shops, restaurants, and little streets to explore just outside the door. The room was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a real treat every morning—fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The staff were honestly lovely—so friendly and helpful, always up for a chat or happy to give tips on where to go. It had a really relaxed and welcoming feel. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast provided was so great - we sat on the pretty patio outside and the food was great. The staff is the best thing about the hotel. They treated you like cherished guests.
The topper on the bed hung over a bit and my husband almost fell out of the bed the first night.

Great location, right on a cosy square of Old Town in Marbella
This is an older hotel, with a lot of character. Unfortunately that means that the pipes are also quite old - there was a very strong sewege smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom.

Pretty little town house in the heart of the old town absolutely super friendly helpful staff Melissa was a star she organised our transportation each way nothing was a problem :)
Breakfast consisted of fresh meats and bread I enjoyed the yogurt with honey the freshly made coffee was lovely :)
The only slight downside was the smell of the candles only because my husband suffers from asthma

The location was in the old town, which was very beautiful and quiet. They had a very nice breakfast and someone to make you cappuccinos if you like. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We stayed in room number 10, which was on the top floor and we were right next to the rooftop terrace. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. It was really very charming and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it.
