The location of the property was fairly close to the beach abd many restaurants including a small shopping center.
The rooms had little to no insulation, all the noise was transparent. We received only 1 towel for a two night reservation. One of the nights our key to the main entrance was not working and myself and others were stuck outside in the street for about an hour until someone came by, customer service was not responsive. The place just seems to be poorly maintained.

Heater not working, tv not really working and cant sleep nnoisey on the main raod, i ask to change room but no reply. Before it was really good the services. I will not book this hotel anymore.

Too noisy . I heard everybody ringing the door bell, slamming doors , the washbasin was ridiculously small , with a shelf only 20 cms higher . Impossible to brush your teeth without banging your head . Pictures in the page do not correlate what found .

Position is good, close to the beach and city centre. Good communication on WhatsApp, they sent us instructions about late check in.
I booked deluxe apartment with city view, with the big windows, instead we got apartment with wall view, as you can see on the photo. Apparently because of overbooking, how come it can be? I booked this apartment on 23.2. almost 2 months ahead. We had no choice, but to stay as we arrived late at night, in the morning I wrote to them on WhatsApp. They replied it is because of overbooking. As for the kitchen, bring tea towel, basic stuff for cooking like salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee… In the bathroom there’s loose basin and spout, I read some reviews about it, it seems to be long time issue, still not fixed. Shower doesn’t close, missing wheels on shower screen doors. There’s mold in the bathroom, which make whole apartment smelly.

Nothing, we arrived at property at 3pm as check in was 3pm, there was no one at reception so messaged the property to let them know we had arrived and waiting to check in, no response, tried calling multiple times over an hour and a half for them to tell us the key was outside our room, we dropped our bags off in the room and left to go out for food, when we arrived back still no one at reception. We got back into our room and there was dead cockroaches all over the bathroom floor, the shower area was covered in mould, there was multiple cockroaches running about the floor in the bedroom area approximately 6 or 7, we went to check the bed sheets and there was small bloody splatters on the sheet, we tried to get in contact with the property again, no reply, because the room was so unhygienic and infested with bugs we couldn’t stay, we left the room and had to find another hotel to stay, the property got back to us the next day approximately 11am asking if we were still interested in moving to another room. Communication was ridiculous really do not recommend this place! Not worth the hassle and the stress!! The room was disgusting. Was not offered a refund only an apology from booking.com (DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND)!!!

The bed was comfortable, clean room, perfect for short stay and the location is just very central, walking distance to the old town, markets near by, the sea is literally 2 minutes away.
There wasn't a toilet paper, so since no one was around to ask we got from the market downstairs. The noise from the street is too much. It's like you are sleeping literally without windows. The first day in the morning I thought we left the window open so when I got up to close it I realized that we will not be able to sleep very nice for the next few days. Isolation zero.
