the room are spacious and the corner rooms have such beautiful views
most but not all reception staff were so rude and not co operative specifically the night shifts and the breakfast buffet was less than average although the staff were so friendly

We worked with Antonio who did a great job to check us in and to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. The location was great as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I request slippers they brought them after 2 hours
I left a paper on the door to do the cleaning called them 3 times and talked to the maids and no one came till I went down to the reception

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Puerto Banús with minimarkets, a pharmacy, hair salons, and plenty of food and drink spots right across the street.
The hotel has a big, clean lobby with art displays, a nice pool area with food and drink service, and a strong breakfast offering, including halal options which was a thoughtful touch. Check-in was fast and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony, a good bed, and even a sofa bed.
Street noise at night was noticeable, especially with the highway behind and a busy road in front. I also heard loud voices in the corridor late at night, but staff handled it quickly after I flagged it.

The good thing about it is location and room space
The cleaning is very bad for a whole week the room not vacuumed and the floor of the bathroom not cleand well and after pur first night they didn’t clean the room after i called the receptionist she said no cleaning service after 6!!!
And she was rude with me
On the check out day it was early i asked for the guy in charge of carrying the bags they said he start working at 10 am so we ended up bringing our bags but one of guys in the reception helped with few ones
