The property and layout is incredible.
The ambience at all the restaurants is excellent, but besides breakfast at the Sea Grill, the food is just so-so and way over priced. In the Greek restaurant we had ~3 fresh bream fish cooked with no flavor or spices. At Lena, I couldn’t chew the rib eye. Was like leather.

The rooms and property need an update. There is a weird aspect of having to pay for towels or chairs although I paid
1600 euro per night I had to pay for towels and if I wanted to use beach facility 100 euro per chair.. the rooms were not up to what I expected. And although we received an upgrade. It was still disappointing. The staff is mechanical.
And when requesting a checkout for an hour later I could not get it. Marbella is awesome, but kind of disappointed by Nobu hotel. Also, we could not get a lounge chair at the beach. Everything seems to be occupied and the staff were not too friendly in some places.

The resort has the famous restaurants, but I would rather stay anywhere else in Marbella and just book for these restaurants without staying here.
Room cleaning quality is terrible. Room interior is very much below the standards from 5 starts hotel.
Also, The free beach sun beds, are located at the worst part of the beach . The good spots are payable

The whole experience at Nobu hotels was great.
We loved everything: the rooms, the location, the pool, the beac, the comfy bed, the breakfast, and on top of that the great staff.

Hotel location is great, especially the direct beach access. The beach bar / restaurant is also nice however shuts surprisingly early.
The noise from the facilities go through to 2/3AM from, then the cleaning noise starts from 5AM. Don't plan to sleep well here :). There is a surprising lack of sound proofing in the rooms.

The staff were friendly and accomodating.
The room was comfortable, except for the construction. We went off season where they are fixing things for the season. A lot of noise in our room and we were not told about it. The on property outlets were expensive. The breakfast we bought everyday was less than average. So average I did not go everyday that I bought the breakfast.
